Charged Unexisting Cleaning fees. Place wrong ind.

First of all the location of the property was wrong on the booking page it took us somewhere else 3 minutes away. we had to call for the actual address. Once at the property the code we were given for the keys didn't work so we called again and they told us to keep trying and that if we knew hot to use the key lock after 20 minutes and calling a different number someone gave us the code to the room next door that was empty that night and the code worked on this other lock. After our stay we were charged 37 dollars in cleaning fees wich aren't stated anywhere on the fees page.

Not so great, images are deceiving

First trip to a Puerto Rico, didn’t come in with huge expectations for our first night stay knowing it was just a place for us to sleep, not looking for anything fancy. However this was just not great. We stood outside of the building for 45 minutes waiting to get ahold of the gal to get us checked in, in an area that already didn’t feel super safe. The pictures were VERY deceiving and the room was pretty run down
 stains in sink, dirty rag hanging on faucet, water for soap, no bulbs in lamps, used sponges laying around, very very loud anytime someone walked through the halls, bed was very springy and uncomfortable. I hate to leave a poor review but just felt deceived by the images and couldn’t wait to get out of there in the morning.

This place was horrible it doesn’t show the real pictures of the bedroom and the shower is dirty with hair and broken hand shower we can’t even take a shower not a hotel at all.

The neighbors had an argument from 11pm to 1 am one night right outside my window, which was inconveniencing. Other than the windows being transparent in regards to sound because they were shutters instead of glass, it was overall a good stay. There is no Uber in this city so you would HAVE to rent a car or have transportation. Uber will bring you from the airport but they do not operate outside of San Juan really. I liked the seclusion from the noise of the city and easy access to the highway and nearby beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Well calling this a hotel is a stretch, this property is a house in a residential neighboorhood that convert every room in the house into a studio apartment. It is hard to find at night since the house number is not easy to see. When we walked inside the room it was steaming hot since they leave rhe A/C off. I took a couple of hours for the A/C to cool the pleace down. The shower on their "best room" had a broken water valve and it was a mission to work it. The place is nothing more that a $30 to $40 dollar a night room.

Would Not Qualify as a Roach Motel

This place would not qualify for a Roach Motel. Do not be fooled by the photos as they did not reflect the room in any manner (see photos attached). Here were the issues: Multiple rat droppings, no knob on shower faucet, dirty bathroom & Kitchen sink, dirty shower floor, dirty stove top, greasy black splash, garbage not removed (milk cartons, egg cartoons, etc) No glass on window or screens for mosquitoes, mold on ceiling and bath window curtains, no toilet paper, no mirror over sink, dirty sheets, peeling paint, couch was dirty. Owner was contacted and reply was that next time I should stay at a Hyatt. Complaint file with Hotels.com and the following day I started getting harrassing texts from the owner. This looked more like a half-way house with some rooms for rent.

Worst Hotel Ever

HORRIBLE EXPERINCE. This is not a hotel and it should not be called that way, it is an ordinary house in a neighborhood. Fist of all, for the price (USD$150 +) you expect to have at least toilet paper and hand soap in the room but not even that was available. The bath room did not have a door and the air conditioning unit sounds like crazy. Lamps did hot have bulbs and the cable for TV was hanging from the ceiling around the room. What is even worst, place do not have daily room service to made your bed or clean the bath. Disgusting place. Puerto Rico should do a better job inspecting and approving this kind of business because by no means this meet the standards of any hotel. The pictures posted on Hotels.com for advertisement does not reflect the reality of the room. Please do not fall in to this trap.

great Ambience

Great feeling to the place. They have a bar in there courtyard, the guys there are very easy to talk to. They also make a home made pizza at the bar. Taste really awesome. Now I cannot speak for all the rooms, because I stayed in the cheap seats but I thought my room could have been better. I know im a little spoiled at times and my hotel is usually one of those times. But not this time I really cannot afford to spend the extra since I will be in town for months. So yes I would recommend this hotel. P.S parking is a problem ad well.

no son apartamentos, son cuartos y no pude entrar. La encargada nunca llegó. me cobraron el dinero y no lo pude utilizar, me tuve que ir a un hotel. Es una casa metida en una urbanización clase media con cuartos para alquilar. Muy malo todo y me robaron mi dinero porque no pude siquiera entrar a la propiedad. No puedo opinar sobre el hotel en sí, porque no pude entrar. Hago las evaluaciones porque el sistema lo pide para poder enviar la reseña, pero las evaluaciones no son reales porque no pude ingresar a las instalaciones
