Wonderful hotel and management!

Me and my boyfriend travels a lot and is currently on a long term trip around the world. This is by far one of the absolute best hotels we stayed at in Australia and also under this whole trip so far. It is extremely clean, beautiful and well equipped apartments for a very good price. The hotel opened only a few weeks ago and is still working so good and the owner helps with everything you need. The internet also works very good, which many other hotels in the area have problems with. So if you need good WiFi on your trip this is a really good choice. The apartments also has good laundry machine and dryer inside your unit, which we really appreciated. Beside that it is beautiful and clean I really love the style of the hotel and how they manage it. For someone who have traveled a lot it takes a lot to impress me, but this hotel really do impress me. Especially since it only been up and running for a few weeks but still manage to have everything working so good without any major problems. If you book here on hotels.com you should only pay notice to that if you book one of the smaller apartments the description is not totally accurate since it seems to be the same kitchen description on every apartment here and the smallest one does not have an kitchen island or oven. But if you look at the pictures you see that so when I booked I called and asked and got that confirmed so for me that was NOT a problem at all. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, enjoy a beautiful stay here!

This is the best hotel I have ever traveled abroad. First of all, the clean side (we are relatively fastidious Japanese) is wonderful. I was very happy that the janitor who came on the fourth day found the small toys and picture books that my child had dropped and displayed them with a new towel. Above all, the receptionist's personality was the best! (I'm sorry I forgot to hear your name). They were very kind and courteous to our poor English. And they had a great conversation with us. I want to see you again. When I visit Cairns again, I would definitely like to stay. Thank you very much.

We had a fantastic four-night stay at this stunning accommodation. The property is exceptionally well-maintained and beautifully presented. While the pool is compact, it was more than enough for our children to enjoy swimming each day. The shared facilities are also excellent and added great value to our stay. If we have the opportunity to visit Cairns again, we would gladly choose to stay here once more. A big thank you to the staff for being such friendly and attentive hosts!

The property is new. Very comfortable, new amenities from dishwasher, washer, dryer, sofas, beds. I love it. The only downside is it’s in the middle of nowhere, far from trinity beach area, cafe lifestyles. It’s good though for me because I’m doing full time studying online.

A 3-Star Hotel That Feels Like a 5-Star Experience

I arrived late in the evening from the Gold Coast to Cairns, feeling tired after a long travel day. But the warm welcome I received made all the difference. The male staff member not only contacted me in advance but also opened the gate and greeted me with such kindness and professionalism — better than most 5-star hotel receptions I’ve experienced. The room was spotless — so clean and well-maintained that I almost felt it was too good to enjoy alone. The cleanliness was truly top-tier, everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was in near-new condition, perfectly organised, and stocked with care. The next morning, the female staff member kindly helped me book a tour, which turned out to be a fantastic experience. I was also offered a welcome coffee, which was a lovely personal touch that added to the comfort of my stay. Although the location is a bit far from central Cairns, it turned out to be a perfect base for visiting Trinity Beach, Palm Cove, and even the crocodile farm — far better positioned for those trips than staying in the city centre.

Hidden Gem at reasonable price

Looking for a place to stay and have a car, this is a very comfortable and quiet new holiday escape on the edge of nature. It is a couple of km from the beach and shopping/restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette, washer and dryer in the room.
