Great Place to Stay!

The 'apartment' was great. I got a studio. It was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The only thing that couod have made it better was pillows that were not quite so thick. Also, there is this cool looking black material on the ceiling that would creak very loudly when the air would come on and scare the hell out of me. Lol! I would stay bere again though.

Great room and location if but a little creak

Fantastic location and very clean and comfortable room! The kitchenette was very adequately stocked and it was nice to have a more apartment-feeling accommodation to come back to at the end of the day. The only issue we had was the noise of the structural supports. We stayed on the second floor, and whenever any of the doors on the floor were opened, creaking along the roof and structures would reverberate through our room, which as a light sleeper, made it difficult to sleep sometimes. But overall, a fantastic location and room. The remote check-in can’t be beat!

Strange first floor layout and reservation process

So two things to be aware of: 1. The first floor of this set-up literally has an all-glass door and sidewalk right beside your bed. Strange and can be loud. 2. The reservation process is 2x the work. You reserve on hotels.com then they send you a link and you have to reserve again (including giving your credit card and personal identification ON TOP OF reserving on hotels.com

We couldn't find the property even though we ate lunch right next door. The entry code didn't work and we had to call the property. The person we talked to didn't speak very good English.

Very clean. Not to easy for 84 yr old. Could of had a corner shelf and safety bar in shower. No light for kitchen counter. Mattress and box spring was set on the floor which made very low and hard to get up from. Hot rodders were pretty active until until about 11:00pm

Great stay but one deal-breaker

Locale was a great find in a wonderful area. The apartment/room was fully equipped- even did laundry while there. We found the check in and parking to be easy but you definitely have to be comfortable with accessing info online from your phone. The smells of food/cooking and pot smoking from other guest rooms did carry over into our room and the hallway. But it wasn't too bad. Unfortunately the big dealbreaker for us was the window shades. They were only partially light-blocking so the room was quite lit up with the street lights at night and come morning, we were awake as soon as the sun came up. Due to this, we wouldn't be able to stay here again. It really did not allow for a good night sleep, which is a shame because otherwise this place is a great find in a really walkable area.

Check in was horrible. They gave out the wrong code to get into the building, despite me communicating that I would be arriving late. Checkout was at 11:00am. A lady used the code for the door to unlock the room at 10:53am and come in to check if we were still there. DESPITE, me asking for late checkout. Walls are very thin, so you can heat EVERYTHING. I would not recommend.

Pros: The apartment was clean and the bedding was extremely comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious. Also, the instructions for parking and getting into the apartment were very clear. Cons: It’s a 2-bdr with a single window and that one window is in one of the bdrms. The bathroom is also in one of the bdrms and there’s only one. The living room is a really small loveseat set about two feet back from a TV - so, not really any living space. And, a very inflexible 4 pm checkin time. Overall, it was OK. But the lack of amenities, support and flexibility doesn’t really warrant more than a 3.5 star rating.

Excellent appartment with all appliances

Nice size appartment. Check in didn't go very smoothly as i had a esim data package for the states but locale text the access code to my phone which wasnt receiving trxts or calls. There is nowhere to leave suitcases after 11am checkout but we used bounce and left our cases at ups which is 2 minute walk away. Only thing i didnt like where the slightly see through blinds at the window beside the bed which faced onto the carpark. People could see in and it was too bright when headlights showed up especially. Curtains are needed.

The property is a unique loft style in a very upbeat are in Fort Worth with access to dining and night life. Easy access to the Stock Yards and Convention Center as well as the Texas Cowgirl Hall of Fame and Museum. Room was recently remodeled so there was still construction dust and wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen was well stocked and having access to in suite laundry was excellent. It was 110F and fridge did not work so it was disappointing to not be able to keep water or drinks cold or ice in the freezer. The wifi had a strong signal but was slow and not stable. The Smart TV would struggle and go offline for long periods of time. So we had to search for other available networks in order to watch tv an night. The building has a few quirks to iron out. Access to the roof top pool in the neighboring building was amazing. Overall was a pretty cool property not a convential hotel in a great part of Fort Worth.

Check in was highly delayed. I had filled out the pre-check info as requested, and assumed all was ready to go by the time I arrived. I was not aware that this is type of hotel does have a lobby or staff on site, and instead uses an off-site support staff. I arrived to find a key pad access door with a video call function, I called for 30-40 minutes before getting an answer, and was placed on hold for an additional 15 minutes prior to them sending the access code. The hotel representative claimed my number on file was different from one I made the reservation with, yet my number and email were same on signed user agreement and on receipt of payment. I’ve used Hotels.com for reservations in multiple countries and in more than a few states, and I have never had an issue till I tried checking to Locale Fort Worth.. As far as property goes, it’s in a nice retail area. The room was spacious and with plenty of extra amenities. There a were a few unhoused folks camped out on the property, as well. Overall, good room and clean property, with an absolutely vexing and inconvenient service/check in process. I gathered from speaking to another guest, they sent her a check in/access code and check in guide as soon as she filled out her pre-check info, and I’m sure that part might have went smoother had that happened.
