Location was very convenient. Publix grocery store within 3 minute walking distance. Easy to get around by car. Close to airport and all amenities.

This place was nothing short of amazing .. if you're looking for a luxury home away from home this is the place to go everything from three outdoor pools tennis courts basketball court grocery nearby and peace and quiet I will return here any day it was a pleasure staying here

It was worth it!

I was glad I went with this property. It was a home away from home. They provided everything you needed to be comfortable. Close to shopping and had a 24 hr CVS right at the entrance.

Our room was spacious and clean. More than enough paper and cleaning products. The pools are not heated and kids would not go in plus 2 were closed for over half our stay.

We had 3 units for a family get-together and lacrosse tournament. The 3 bedroom units were plenty big for each big family. Plenty of room and pots and pans for cooking if we wanted. Close to the airboat ride. Close to the airport (only bad thing the noise sometimes if outside) and lots of grocery and restaurant options nearby. Kids played pickle ball and volleyball. Pools not heated but didn't seem to mind. Bring your own balls and racquets Beach about half hour away for lots of fun.

Nice place, great location

The units are nice and spacious. We were in a 3 bedroom. There was a problem with the pull out, but fortunately one of our party did not stay, so we did not need it. The electronic door lock worked to let us in, but then would not work to lock when we had to leave. We text and were told it would lock automatically in 30 secs. It did not and was not locked upon our return. We text again (around 11pm), after many "tries" and code changes, maintenance was sent out at about midnight and we were given keys. The only other problem with this place is that we could only reserve one parking spot, we had 6 guests and 2 cars. We have family close by, so we made it work, but if we didn't, we would have had to find a place to pay to park another car. Exceptions should be made for the larger units due to the fact that there may be more than one family. Overall though, we would stay here again due to the convenient location and the quick response to the issue we encountered with the door lock.

We were notified the toilet was broken right before our arrival. We called anyway because the primary toilet and sink were both broken. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the sink doesn’t drain. Then we found the balcony door lock was completely broken. It wouldn’t lock and it looks like this had been going on for quite sometime. When we called, we got the answer of maintenance will be out first thing in the morning. Maintenance never came. We called again, we were told all requests take 48 to get fixed, but they KNEW it was broken before we came. I have no faith they ever intended to fix it. Our condo has two bathrooms which is why I don’t think they care. So, if the main bathroom and sink hadn’t been broken with no one really caring to fix it because it wasn’t an emergency, I mean I paid for two beds and two bathrooms, then I would probably have stayed here again. With the lack of actually fixing anything, I probably would choose a different property. They said all the condos were full so they couldn’t even move us to a different room. Sure they communicated about the property and how everything worked and it was seamless checking in, not sure having half of the things we paid for is worth that with no offers of compensation.

Ants in the second bedroom into the bathroom and kitchen and they did nothing! They shut the water off and didn’t let us know on my WEDDING DAY! The closet doors were broke and the siding door to the patio and dust was everywhere. Extremely disappointed!

Probably wouldn’t stay here again

The toilet seat is hanging on by a thread, damn near fell off it when I sat down. The slider for balcony doesn’t latch at all, I tried many many times to get it to work. I didn’t feel safe at all with the latch broken and not being able to secure room.

Location of the property was excellent. Shops, groceries and a few fast food restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was well laid out, lots of room and all the essentials that you would need. Apartment could use a good deep clean and an update. All cosmetic but can tell it is getting run down. The outside of the buildings around the apartment entries could use a good cleaning as well. The pool area was lovely, lots of loungers. Pool was nice but could also be cleaned more often. Customer service was excellent. Very quick to reply and very helpful. Check in and check out was very easy.

This is the perfect place to stay for couples or young families. We were two couples with a baby, and it was perfect because the rooms were away from each other and soundproof. Never heard a baby crying. Enough space, access to kitchen and easy parking. Felt safe and location was close to everything, especially airport. Only comment is to have the kitchen more stocked with basic items (salt, pepper, oil, more utensils to cook with) and the coffee machine in the room wasn't working. Otherwise, overall, second time staying here and we loved it.
