The room were clean. LOVED the shower and the hot water felt amazing! The couchbed could've been more comfy but i only needed to sleep over night. I would stay there again.

The property is good and as described, no surprises. The train nearby can sound like thunder, if you are easily shaken by that I would avoid this place. If you like the Riverwalk, then this place is just steps away. It's a nice walk and going to be very nice as it develops over time. It's also across the street from the Fort Lauderdale museum and a block away from the Science museum.

We were forced to evacuate due to Milton. Room is not anything like pictures on website. Charged $186 for this with sheets that were wet I almost feel I should have stayed home

Think twice before picking Riverbend by Lowkl

Location was great. Outside of noise from nightlife till 6am. Rooms are slightly below average. When booking ask for towels. Communication with property is pretty difficult you will get responded to but action takes a lot of effort. Also nightlife around area took our parking had to find parking and paid for overnight parkiing super inconvenient. Property doesnt care. Call 3057638166 if you need action ask them for property manager.

it wasn't terrible, definitely not the type of stay you'll want for an entire week. Didnt come with enough paper towels, and the floors were very dirty, kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly, and lights were not installed correctly they would turn on in the middle of the night directly above us. The trash can was very small had to replace the bag a million times, only came with two bath towels that needed to be used for a whole week. Overall we tried to just go out as much as possible anyways so we weren't there other than sleeping, definitely wouldn't stay again though.

The location is unbeatable if youre visiting ft lauderdale for the nightlife, theatre, food, etc. Was nice of the host to let me check-in early, however... The towels were not all fresh. The trash wasnt emptied and someone had left their vape. In other words, it was improperly or unthoroughly cleaned. Finally, when I requested a late checkout until 2, the host informed me that wasnt possible because of an incoming guest. I had a late flight and stayed in the gated area until 3. The cleaner didnt even show up until that time, so I definitely could have stayed until 2 and the host flatly lied to me.

Booked the room & went to location. No front desk. No directions after booking room. Asked people that came out the gate what we needed to do. They stated they had the same issue with no information on how to get in the room & it took a while for them to get the codes. They gave me a number to call. Called the number & went to voice mail. After an hour standing outside, I chatted with one of your representative & she was so helpful of getting in touch with the people of the property. They finally sent the link & instructions in a text in which they never did until the representative got in touch with them.

HORRIBLE - Fights Theft Police Lockouts

Check in was horrible. They didn’t communicate or send me a code to get into the facility. No staff on site. phone number on hotels.com and online is a fake number. I had to get a text message number from another guest who was already checked in. Once I had this number then I was able to get them to send me the codes. Every night there was either someone partying loudly or people fighting and screaming at each other for hours and hours on end between 2am and 6am. The police were called and someone was talking about prior to that during the arguing someone was talking about their weed being stolen. To cap it all off, we were locked out before checkout time so we lost access to our bags after breakfast. I had to climb through a window to get my things. Worst place I have stayed at and I have stayed in plenty of cheap motels

Terrible customer service

They canceled my reservation 15 minutes before check in without trying to contact me for a new credit card, since i had changed it due to fraud. I was then stuck in town with no place and had to spend significantly more to get a last minute booking somewhere else, even though i called them with a new card. Their response was simply "there is nothing we can do, it has been canceled"

First and foremost, I want to say the property was super responsive and gave us a partial refund! We arrived at 11pm and the room smelled horribly of smoke. We left to grab food and came back to all of our stuff already reeking of smoke. We went to bed and found huge clumps of black, curly hair on the drapes and walls. Expedia ended up getting us a refund after being passed around a ton of times but they communicated with us well!
