The location was great as you had some legacy dorm the main streets but could walk to major areas nearby. There were also lots of local places to eat and people were very friendly. Staff was friendly and security was always on duty.

Overall a Good Place to Say

Overall Kukun Reforma is a very nice place to stay. It is generally in very good repair and feels safe and secure - and on the rooftop there is a lovely garden and swimming pool - and a gym on the floor below. There were some negatives too - the room was not as clean as we would have expected when we arrived and it can be a little noisy - particularly at the weekend. It said there was a room safe - and indeed there is but it is just sitting in the wardrobe and not bolted the wall so it would be pretty easy for a person to pick up the entire box and walk off with it. Still the hotel did clean the room very well when we requested and some of the staff were very good. For example Daniela in reception was very professional, friendly and supportive - and was always happy to help with requests - and she speaks excellent English too. So overall I would recommend Kukun Reforma.

Good overall experience staying Kukun. It was an easy walk to get the many local sites. The only down side was no central air in my room and property staff does not hold luggage for early arrival/ late departure situations. Thank you.

Very nice apartment with good amenities (pool & gym) A couple of annoying things are that they only provide 1 card, despite being 2 travelers; they don't have luggage storage despite saying they do in the website, you cannot use the pool or gym once you have checked out. The last 2 things were very annoying as we had a late flight and wanted to use the facilities

Very safe place to stay. Hotel rooms were clean and required key cards for parking and elevator which made us feel very comfortable. Street noise was a bit much but not the hotels fault. No AC or Heating in the rooms. Just a portable unit; rooms were still very comfortable. Great coffee shop downstairs with easy access to the hotel. Also a little store for snacks and water across the street. The upstarts patio was BEAUTIFUL and the pool was heated! Amazing view of the city at night. We will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was practically brand new! It's awesome, and also, the terrace and views are spectacular. The staff were professional and felt very safe and secure with the onsite security. We got a room facing the patio/outdoor event area while there were parties. The noise wasn't all that bad, good thing they are only allowed ( I believe) until around 10 pm. Whatsapp messaging takes a bit long to respond and can't get anyone on the phone for questions if your out and about, it's best to ask questions in person. Highly recommend this place.

One window was damaged and i told the front desk but nothing happened. The bathroom has a very strong sewer smell also. I was staying in the second floor and it was Extremely noisy.

Wonderful Place in Mexico City!!!

Great hotel in Mexico City. The building is beautiful. The rooms are great and you have lots of space for two. Only down side is if it is hot there is no air conditioning, just a fan. It was ok for March but if you come in hotter months, make note of this. The other thing I will note is the beds are extremely hard. I travel for a living and I never have problems sleeping. So if extremely hard beds are ok with you then this won’t be a problem for you. If was for my husband and I and as the days went on we found it hard to sleep. On a better note, the rooftop pool and gardens are amazing! We ended each day up there. And the gym is fully equipped with a great view of the city. If you go up before sunrise, you will see the sun rise over the mountains. I would recommend this place to others, I would just inform them of a few things.

Only complaint is for housekeeping, my wife and I,(mostly my wife) did all the cleaning we had to get our own towels and coffee never got sheets even tho we asked several times traded in all my towels and only received 2 back.(hopefully they dont think i took them itchy towels). 2 hours before check out i finally was offered the coffee from 5 days earlier with an apology.

The stay and room was pleasant (room looks like pictures) but Overall I will rate it as a 3. Great location with a lot of things to do within walking distance, the security was good and you had you use your key to get in and out. For the CONs They were way too conservative with the towels - for two people they only gave us 2 big towels, 1 face towel, 1 hand towel. No towels in the gym, The furniture was small in the living area and could be more comfortable, could be two fans in each room instead of one with it getting so hot throughout the day and night and not being able to leave the windows open b/c the mosquito are so bad. Reason why I gave the cleanliness a 2 b/c there were lots of old, dead mosquitos on the walls, and ceiling with old blood that was very nasty. We also scheduled housekeeping to come at a certain time and they showed up early in our room before we could put our valuables away, and the customer service from everyone didn't feel genuine. They also had a problem with us burning citronnelle incense b/c we were trying to keep the mosquitos away and we kept getting complaints about we were smoking and we were not. Would consider it as an option but look for other places as well.

A few days before our stay, I had sent a message to the host if I would be able to leave my luggage in their lobby since my flight got there in the morning and check in was until 3pm and there was no rooms available the day before. They responded and said they could hold my luggage in the lobby with no issues until was check in time. When we arrived, the lobby denied this request. When I brought up this issue to my host, they said that they had never sent that and the conversation we had was not visible. It was honestly deceptive and an inconvenience for my family to have to walk around the city with all of our luggage. Another issue we had was that our microwave suddenly stopped working. I also brought this issue up to the host and they said they would send maintenance during the day. This issue was not resolved so we did not have a microwave for 2 days. The reception staff was friendly and respectful which was about the only good part of our stay. The rooms were a bit dirty when we had gotten there. Hair and dust was on the floor and the linen on the beds did not have a good smell. There is also no air conditioning only a plug in fan was provided. The rooftop pool was nice but not very warm. I would say this stay was very average, maybe even below considering that this establishment advertises themselves as a luxury.

Yes there are noise from the street. They provide earplugs. I loved my stay. Very very comfortable for the area. Spotlessly clean, great bed, nice bathroom. Good kitchen. Value for money. Bus nr 4 the airportline has busstops infront of the house.
