Cut my stay in brussels short and left the next morning due to conditions of the hotel. Pullout bed/ couch was covered in white stains, can only assume that they were bodily fluids... Tv didn't work, bathroom sink didn't work, wifi didn't work, apartment was dirty to the point that my family and i literally slept in our clothes as we were afraid to lay directly on the beds/ couch. Would not recommend. Completely ruined our trip to brussels.

Very Dangerous security risk

Terrified. Firstly credit cards were stolen because small window in bathroom was left open before we arrived. Next night at 1 pm someone had a code to the front door and was knocking increasingly louder on our apartment door then tried to smash the door open. With yelling loudly they ran down the stairs. Wonderful location and beautifully kept apartment but security is seriously lacking. Too dangerous to return. Shame

Smartflats changed my booking on the day of arrival at 16:30 when I was due to get to the property at 18:30. They moved me to a different flat which was very difficult to find The flat was dirty, had cracked window, and was nothing like the flat I had seen on Expedia. Avoid avoid
nothing like advertised! I could not stay in the apartment and had to book a hotel for my stay in Brussels.

We had to cancelled our reservation from Dec 26 to 30, 2024. It was impossible to stay, at last moment the Smartflats has changed us, moving to the 7th floor, elevator broken long time ago, I am 59 years old it is impossible to go up to 7th floor with the baggage, also dirty and unsecure access to the bldg. We decided to move to other hotels paid for us. Still waiting for the full refund, where they had guarantee us, and only had done a partial refund. We are very angry, we got scammed. This property Smartflats in Expedia is a fake advertisement. Please, we ask Expedia to remove this property from the platform. I will continue to ask for my full refund, needs to Expedia to contact to this property for this. Liza / Rep. of Panama

My Stay was excellent in general. Due to the Location of the property. However there was a few problems with our room. My girlfriend did not feel safe due to an inability to lock the door from the inside the apartment. We found the apartment a struggle to find for a while due to a lack of clear advertisement. The cleanliness wasn’t the best as there was handprints on the kitchen table and a few hairs in the bed it was just given a quick clean. Having said all that if the minor things were ironed out the apartment would be lovely as it was very spacious and great designed apartment

 -Bett und Schlafsofa fĂŒr zwei NĂ€chte ausreichend Negativ: -Fahrstuhl funktioniert nicht -sehr sehr schmales Treppenhaus -etwas schmuddelig (BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher fleckig, Schlafsofa schmutzig
) kein Besen oder Handfeger vorhanden -keine Dusche (Duschkopf-Attrappe) -offene Revisionsklappe im Bad -sehr kalt und zugig (Heizung ging nicht, Fenster einfachverglast) -nicht genug Geschirr und Besteck fĂŒr 4 Personen -sehr hellhörig (man hörte nachts jedes Wort der Nachbarn und BĂ€sse aus naheliegenden Bars und Clubs) -Steckdosen teilweise ohne Funktion -Fernseher ohne Funktion -trotz zeitnaher Antworten von Smartflats teilweise fragwĂŒrdige Antworten auf Anfragen und Bitten BrĂŒssel gern mal wieder, aber wir wĂŒrden nicht mehr bei Smartflats buchen.

Mi aventura en smartflat comenzó el dia de antes de coger mi vuelo. Me enviaron un mensaje cambiando mi apartamento de al lado de la gran place por uno mas lejano sin explicaciones cuando mi reserva estaba pagada y confirmada desde haciaa mucho tiempo. A 1h de coger mi vuelo no me habían enviado los codigos de acceso al apartamento. Tuve que llamar porque salir de viaje con 2 niñas pequeñas sin tener asegurado donde vamos a dormir y teniendo en cuenta que llegabamos de noche no era plan y hay que tener en cuenta que hay que comunicarse con ellos en ingles porque no hablan español. Al llegar al nuevo apartamento nos encontramos que el apartamento es un 5 piso, el ascensor no funciona hace meses y se sube por una escalera de caracol con 2 niñas pequeñas sus correspondientes carritos y las maletas de la familia. Al acceder al apartamento nos encontramos con la barra cortina medio caidas, con el peligro que le caiga a alguien en la cabeza.el lavavajillas no funciona, no hay escoba ni fregona. No hay tv aunque en la oferta estaba. La duxa esta enverdecida y con mucha cal. Hay un numero para llamar. Llamamos todos los días nos dicen que pasan el reporte pero ni vino nadie ni arreglaron nada. Resumen: huir de estos apartamentos
