We had a great experience here. Well priced apartment with a balcony, washer/dryer and kitchen. The apartment was spacious and cleaned daily.

Great hotel!

Terrific customer service from everyone at the property. As soon as you arrive, you feel welcomed and you can tell the staff wants you to enjoy you time. The room was very clean, quiet, and had all the necessities to be comfortable and the cleaning crew did an amazing job when turning the room over!! Highly recommend staying here.

Staying in Roma Nte was a great location as it has semi quiet neighborhoods and lots of shops and restaurants. Centrally located apartment hotel, well furnished. There is a yoga studio, a coffee bar and a sirloin taco restaurant in the lobby area. Staff is generally friendly especially the security guards at the entrance. Full but small kitchen great for preparing snacks or breakfast. I would return!

Interior design of the room was cool and high end. Nice surprise with a bottle of wine. TV and internet worked perfectly. Surrounding area is very nice and convenient. There is a multiple page lease that you have to sign, there is an English translation. I just signed it and hoped for the best, we joked that maybe I own it now! Staff are not all fluent in English like they might be in a hotel, but wasn’t an issue.

Angelica was super helpful checking us in , accommodated us for early check in due to availability, the area around the property is safe lots of cafes and restaurants. They offer cleaning services although we didn’t use them. 24 hour security in the front of the property. The studio room itself was perfect for my girlfriend and I , had a full size fridge, full kitchen and dryer/washer.

This property is so unique, beautiful and safe. Plus the premises are beautiful with lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by. A yoga studio in the property which is so lovely. I truly enjoyed and felt sad checking out. I will definitely come back again

The staff at 134 were friendly and helpful. They assisted us with check in/out, navigating the building and even paid for our taxi (without hesitation) because we didn't have the right form of money. The only downside is the windows are not sound proof (we were on second floor) and therefore evening traffic was easily heard in our apartment. We would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Great place but neighbors a bit noisy. Could hear a dark barking all day and woman coughing all night. But very nice staff. Breakfast is basically just packaged things like yogurt and granola bars

Noisy, under construction and needs improvement. The place looks beautiful and location is great but it’s noisy and not worth the money. The cleaning was very poor, the housekeeper used my washcloth to clean the sink and did not leave a fresh one. Staff were not very helpful and the noise from other guests at all hours was so so constant I couldn’t sleep.

Third time visiting CDMX. This hotel is in the heart of trendy Roma Norte. Staff are friendly and doing their best to help. We are light sleepers therefore asked for a quiet room when we booked it. And yet, we were placed in a room on the 1st floor right near the elevator and the breakfast area. Staff were very helpful and put us in another room on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, the bay window fails to reduce any noise from the street. We still didn’t get much sleep during our stay. Unless you could get a room facing the courtyard and on higher levels, I am sure you will also have hard time getting good sleep.

I had a pleasant experience with some minor setbacks. The space itself was fantastic — the rooms were spacious and beautifully lit, creating a welcoming and airy atmosphere. I especially loved the balcony, which offered a serene spot to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped with plates, silverware, and cups, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy takeout comfortably. The bathroom design was nice, and the trees at the entrance, along with the extra sitting areas, added a peaceful vibe to the property. Additionally, the location was excellent. Roma Norte felt safe and was incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the flexibility of a one-hour extended checkout. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. One of the towels provided had makeup stains, which was disappointing. More concerning was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Upon arrival, there was hair left around the space, and unfortunately, it was still there after the cleaning staff came on the second day. This oversight detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the bathtub had issues with water pooling, which was inconvenient. Despite these cleanliness concerns, the property has many great features, and with improved attention to detail from the cleaning staff, it could easily become a top-tier accommodation in the Roma Norte area. I would still recommend it for its spacious rooms and great location.

No muy buena experiencia / Desorganizados

El hotel no me informĂł sobre el check in, ya que esto incluye que debo llevar tarjeta de credito para un deposito en garantia, les comente que no tenia y me dijeron que querian el deposito en efectivo, la persona del check in con una actitud muy incomoda y negativa hasta cierto punto grosera con comentarios como "pues quizas no leyĂł bien", todo el tiempo cada que sales o entras te preguntan a donde o de que apartamento vienes, durante 3 dias llega a ser incomodo, al checkout no habia recepcionista, me hizo checkout la encargada de seguridad, quien nunca me entregĂł voucher de cancelacion del deposito en garantia porque ell aera la de seguridad. La verdad muy mala experiencia y en lo particular no es mi deseo volver ahĂ­ simplemente por el costo beneficio.
