Very clean, amazing shower, awesome location. We read the reviews and it is not a pull out couch or sleeper sofa, so we brought our inflatable mattress and that was fine. Washer and dryer were a nice surprise! Overall a beautiful little studio apt in a nice spot.

The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us for our 2 night stay. Apartment is well appointed and we loved having the big windows and the TV in the bedroom. Shower keys were a nice touch. Communication with the property managers was excellent. Thanks One Sky Loft. Bravo on a job well done.

Property was nice, new and clean. But what I need most is a bed and some rest. The floors in this hotel are uncovered wood and sound carries. We had rude guest above us having a loud party until 1:00am, we had to be out at 6:00am, 5 hours sleep is not what we paid for. The management is remote, and really could do nothing. Our stay was bad, but I suppose it is luck of the draw. Good luck to you if you stay here.

Apartment is in a city center , very comfortable location, everything is close by. Unfortunately, it was very dirty so we have to ask management to send us cleaners to do cleaning again. Also bed is not comfortable at all, very soft mattress. Overall, apartment is good but needs to be improved in a lot of areas. I can survive without washer , dryer or extra cup but the most important part for me is that place needs to be clean and unfortunately it was failed although they fixed it next day.

Cute loft in the heart of Philly! Centrally located so we could walk to a lot of places. Only downfall was the wi-fi was very spotty which make it hard to stream apps like Netflix and such.

We only stayed a weekend, but with how clean and spacious we wish we stayed longer. There were extra everything in the closet. The shower was awesome. The place was nice and cozy. The parking wasn’t so bad. And there are plenty of eating places within walking distances. We definitely recommend this place.

Very private as there are only handful of units in the building. The check in and check out instructions were communicated by email and text messages and were clear. The street was loud at times (noisy people, buses, etc) but the bedroom is receded from the window so it didn't bother me.

The property was beautiful and Love the layout. but the bathroom floors were not clean there were foot prints all throughout the bathroom floors. And the Stairs were dirty and walls had stains on them 
 Probably just needs a clean wipe down
 but it was very noticeable. Just being honest

Great property! The location is very central making it easy to get whenever you want to go. It is on a busy road, so if you’re sensitive to sound you may want ear plugs. We would have loved to stay longer.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at one Sky loft. Parking was easy on the street, the location is at the center of a lot of shops, places to eat, and it was in a nice, clean, safe neighborhood. The check in process was easy and we were provided easy steps to access the building. They accommodated an early check in, although we ended up being delayed getting to Philadelphia but we appreciated it. Definitely worth the money for the peace or mind

My stay at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The location provided convenient access to downtown, making it easy to explore the area on foot. SUPER DOPE! Entry and exit were seamless, thanks to clear and straightforward instructions. The space itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities I could need. The balconies were a particular highlight, offering a wonderful spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and look forward to booking again in the future. 10 out of 10 and I will most certainly do it again!

Property was very clean. Just as pictured. Comfortable bed with large closet. There is a sofa in living area but it is not a sleeper sofa. Kitchen clean with basic supplies. Easy secure entry to apartment on second floor. There is a lot of “city” noise if that is not something that you are used to. Otherwise it is a great spot!

Great location. Booked last minute and had to wait for confirmation of how to access property. Description said place slept 4 with queen and queen size sofa bed. There was no sofa bed. 2 small children fit on the sofa and there were sheets and blanket but the sofa didn't convert into a bed. It was also loud. We kept thinking the windows were open. The neighborhood is pretty quiet at night

Great stay

We enjoyed the stay. It was clean and relaxing. Our loft had a lot of street noise from dump trucks early that was loud and woke us up but other then that, the location was great and we enjoyed it.

Weekend getaway, I enjoyed every minute of it, did some shopping. Everything was walking distance from the Gallery, South St, Broad St, Penn’s Landing, Spruce St Harbor Park and China Town. I even got a Chance to cook me something to eat with the cookware that was available, kicked my feet up in the living room and watch some Netflix. I would definitely book this place again.

The apartment was across the street from a doctor i was seeing. Very convenient. The place was very quiet and comfortable. The only negatives - the bathroom had no place to put your tolietry kit. Ended up putting it in the sink and then on the floor when using the sink. All else was superb. The appliances were all new and worked effortlessly. The living room furniture was very comfortable. It had flat screen tvs that were really nice. Lots of great restaurants just a few steps away. Had dinner one night at a Japanese restaurant just 2 or 3 doors down. Good as anything i have had in Tokyo. Will come back when in Philly!
