This place is adorable. Very comfortable, clean, cozy and located right across from the beach. Unfortunately they were doing construction in beach parking lot but still enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely rent there again.

I grew up on the Cape and stayed here to attend a reunion. I loved it was centrally located and all the feels of the Cape culture. The staff was amazingly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were perfect for my vacation and added to the ease and comfort of visiting home again.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom condo and it was lovely! Just the right amount of space for a family of 4. The condo was very clean and spacious. Property was conveniently located right across the road from the beach. My only complaint would be that perhaps the mattress (or mattress pad) could be replaced as it was a little dipped down in the middle)... but otherwise, loved this property!

Fabulous location, across the street from a small beach with a view of Martha’s Vineyard and walkable to the ferry. It was nice to have a refrigerator and kitchenette in the room and balcony to watch the sunrise.

Great location - right across the street from the beach (no fee to enter), terrific pool and hot tub - all fenced in and you need a code to enter (no walk-ins). Premises was clean, beautiful rooms with updated kitchen, two bathrooms, sleeper couch and a private king size bedroom. Walk into town (Main Street), less than a mile (or bike in). Great Cape Cod experience!

A great find!

Absolutely loved my stay. I have stayed in several places in Falmouth, this one has been the cleanest by far. Even though the weather wasn't the best, this location was perfect. Access to the beach and pool were great options. Because I stayed during race weekend, I had an awesome viewing spot to watch and support all of my friends running. My unit had all the necessary amenities needed for a stay that made me feel right at home.

My husband and I had a lovely weekend getaway and the resort was beautiful and super clean, we love our room had a nice balcony with rocking chairs facing the ocean , the beach is across the street. We would definitely stay there again . Thank you

Second time we have stayed there. Will go back again. So clean. Spacious apartment style room with Kitchenette. Across the street from the beach and easy walk to the town with shops and restaurants. Short drive to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Beautiful pool with lots of chairs. Wading pool for toddlers and a large jacuzzi. Nice fire pi too!

The hotel was small but really nice with all the necessities for a stay. I loved that we literally walked across the street to hit the beach. The pool is small and my kids (13 & 15) were really bummed they weren’t allowed to sit in the hot tub.

Nice place newly renovated.

The room was recently updated. Hardwood floors and gas fireplace gave it a home feel. The pool was cokld although they said it was heated. There was a guy who approached us 3 times about investing in a time share there. Made me feel like I was being stalked. This was the least enjoyavlble part of the vacation. Nice private getaway otherwise.

Loved the location. Loved the surrounding area and things to do. For the price I paid I was disappointed with some things in the room. The TV channels we were supposed to have did not work and upon request to have it looked at I was told someone would be available and come look and then that never happened. There was also an issue where they lost our reservation and we almost had to find another place to stay but stayed firm and then they honored it. Overall not a bad stay but not what we thought we would get for the amount we were paying.

Loved the stay. Has everything you need in the perfectly equipped kitchenette. Clean and quiet. Beach across the street is super convenient and relaxing. The only thing was the bed in unit 8 was too soft for us but would definitely stay again. Great restaurants and shops nearby.
