Stayed at this apartment had a wonderful time. Everything is very clean and updated. Great location. Happy there was an elevator because we had a lot of luggage. Parking is the only issue. You have to park a few blocks away for overnight parking. Highly recommend other than that.

Overall, not close to the representation. Photos make it seem that all rooms are suites. Not true and we thought was misleading. We paid for a suite/residence and got a very small hotel room. We regrets staying there. Wayfinding is poor and my wife felt unsafe when arriving. The front door is actually a side door and you are required to move luggage over curbs and a gravel flower bed.

Property was clean and the response from the owner was quick when we needed anything. The only issue is no parking on site and the parking garage down the road is a little expensive, should give a discount for people staying at the hotel.

Exceptionally well located, clean, and spacious apartment-style rooms. The virtual check-in process was surprisingly seamless. It was also substantially cheaper than traditional hotels in the area for better accommodations than most hotels I’ve stayed in.

Beware of No street parking overnight.

Place is new and clean. The AC was loud. Also there is no overnight parking on the streets, without signs, so everyone got a $15 parking ticket!

Bare bones expensive

No on-site parking (we got a parking ticket for overnight parking in the street out front), no pool, no gym, no ice machine, no on-site staff (experience is totally electronic). Lobby was under construction (terrible smell) so entry was in a side alley with only a small sign to identify the hotel. No safety features in the shower and the toilet kept running b/c the handle kept sticking. The only "water views" they advertised were from the roof. They failed to tell us the "full kitchen" was only in select suites. Not a hotel for seniors or the disabled. Will not be back.

This property was nearly brand new and very modern. Fantastic bedding. It was great having a full size kitchen and living area along with the bedroom. The self-checkin process was easy and the communication by text was very responsive.

Brand new property still under construction. The room was perfect for a get-together with my best friend. Small fridge, microwave Keurig and kettle provided. Perfect location to explore downtown Traverse City and public beaches. Closeto great restaurants and shopping.

This room was a huge welcome after our Air B&B location was a flop and we needed a new place to stay. Check-in via virtual desk was super easy and quick. The room was brand new. I do believe the amenities stated that it had an iron and an ironing board, but we didn’t not find one in this room. Loved the Keurig in the room with decent LaVazza k-cups, but they forgot to leave sugar packets, so we couldn’t have coffee the first morning unless we drank it with just cream. Shower is also missing at least one shelf for storage of your own toiletries. For us ladies that need razors and facial wash, there was no where to set them except on the floor of the shower. I also think and addition of some type of stand that had drawers or some type of storage would be a great addition. Overall, the place was quiet, clean, and in a great location! Only a block away from front street which was a huge bonus for us! We’d definitely stay again.
