Really enjoyed our stay , it was perfect location and near the best food shops ! Sunrises and sunsets in plain view. Really enjoyed the 2 bedroom condo , great for our family of 5 . Thank you for the best hospitality .

Great service from the front desk staff. They were very accomodating and check in was fast. Only downside is the construction next door although it didn’t bother us much. Would recommemd these condos right on the beach and near town.

Great little gem.

Although our stay was short it was a terrific one. We will definitely be back. Staff was super friendly and property is clean and well maintained. Allma was amazing to work with on arrangements. Lots of great little restaurants on the street and easily walkable to the downtown for any last minute items you need for the trip.

Overall, a great experience

Our family of 5 had a great time at the Velas Condos. Front desk girls were excellent and super good to work with. They answered our questions before we reached the place and took care of our requests during our stay. Only 'concern' I would raise is that not all rooms had air conditioners and traveling in the hottest time of the year did not help. The breeze from the ocean helped, but not during the hot and humid days.

The condo is well located 1 minute from the beach and walkable to many restaurants and the grocery store. We parked our car and did not use it for a full week. The condo supplied 20 L of drinkable water. It also has beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. All was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately the construction next door from 8 am to 6 pm makes it impossible to sit on the balcony or enjoy the pool. Also, the shower head and the faucet in the bathroom needs to be changed. It doesn’t flow properly. An extra mirror in the bedroom would make getting ready in the morning or evening faster. Thanks to Alba the manager who was always available via What’s App.

Wonderful first time in Mexico!! Stay here!!!

Abba was amazing! First time in MĂ©xico, my daughter and I spent her 8th birthday there. Our stay was quiet, and it felt like we were the only ones there! I loved that the beach club was right out the back door and the servers were amazing :) Uber from the condo to our friends resort was only $3USD. Walking distance to downtown and all the cute shops and food places. SODA the local store has more American options, SIX is another good option for snacks/toiletries etc. there’s a 7-11 on the main stretch between resorts too. I got these earrings a while back and wore them the first time to Mexico. The color seemed fitting One of the first things Abba said to me when arriving at the condos was how much she loved my earrings and how she loved the color. (she gets off at 6pm but stayed past 9pm for our arrival and made sure the ac was on in our condo) So when I left, I gave them to her. ❀ I left her a little translator to hopefully help with future guests, and an energy drink i wasn’t going to be able to take through security. She went out of her way to get my daughter a birthday cake from the local market, showing me pictures thru WhatsApp to help me decide which one to get. She gave us tips and advice, and even the local pizza delivery WhatsApp #. She was a wonderful host and I am glad she loves them and they look beautiful on her! 🥰 I always try and pay it forward to people, and It makes our memorable trip even more special. Muchas Gracias y Nos vemos pronto! ❀

we liked that the property was right near the beach. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and we got water. They also were able to give us beach chairs and an umbrella. The pool was nice for a dip. There were many restaurants and entertainment options like live music. now for the bad parts, the management needs improvement. There was not enough communication before we arrived to check in, and there was a moment of panic as I thought no one was there to give me access. Eventually, it was resolved, and the manager was very responsive and apologetic after that however, my biggest pet peeve about this place was that there was no hot water in the shower and the drain was clogged. there was really nothing anyone could do about it further the cleaning does not include making the bed, which is really strange although the kitchen and floors would be cleaned. The bed will not be made and linen’s not changed. I probably would stay here again if the price made sense but I think it’s a lovely property. It just needs some extra TLC and attention from management

Muy Bien cuidado desde el edificio en general, la entrada a recepciĂłn, la decoraciĂłn y la unodad en donde nos hospedamos. Alba, la persona encargada, muy amable y accesible, brindĂĄndonos la flexibilidad de recibirnos mucho antes de la hora estandar de entrada. La unidad se ve y se siente como nueva. Lo Ășnico con lo que tuvimos problema, es con el agua en la regadera que oscila de frĂ­a a caliente por alguna razĂłn, y el agua parĂł de salir en una ocasiĂłn al estar tomando un baño, tal vez no directamente por problemas del condo sino de la ciudad, y regresĂł al par de horas. La proximidad a la playa y a restaurantes estĂĄ perfecta! TambiĂ©n me encantĂł que tienen 4 bicicletas, viejitas pero pintorescas "Cruisers" que estĂĄn accesibles para salir a pasear. Nota: aunque por el momento hay una costrucciĂłn adyacente al edificio, no escuchamos ruidos molestos dentro de la unidad y definitivamente nada en la noche.

Velas is a neat little condo, conveniently located close to downtown and right on the beach. The manager, Alba is friendly and helpful. She welcomed us to use the bikes and asked if we needed help with them in any way. We opted to not have housekeeping service during our stay, and Alba assured that we always had any house keeping conveniences such as fresh towels, soap, and toilet paper. She is an excellent host and we will stay there again.
