Place going into foreclosure (staff said) sun. Night. We were there Fri and sat. No internet, pool so cloudy couldn’t see feet, hot tub full sand. Slider door wouldn’t close or lock. Dirty carpets cracks chipped paint everywhere. No cover over cold only shower pool area. Stains sinks and bathtubs. Staff good but apologized for condition of place. Dryers broken. Signs up to go to diff hotel Sunday as place shutting down. Golf area looked so good on internet, with dirt pulled carpet really beat up.

Very rough paint job over a place that is falling apart - the walls had large cracks in them. Smelled like bleach. There was no cold water, and it was not drinkable.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great each morning with lots of choices. We were disappointed that the jets in the hot tub would not work, but overall a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was decent, but otherwise unimpressed for the price. The bed had sand in the sheets, the surrounding property was a mess. I appreciate the small details and maybe being picky, but the bath towels were mismatched and looked like ones that belonged in the pool area, tiles missing from the jacuzzi tub, sliding glass door and screen door were super difficult to open and close, tv picture was impossible to make full screen. Everything was very mid. The breakfast cook was very kind though.

Every picture in the listening is misleading and false advertising. The pool was so disgusting and you couldn’t even see the bottom. We would not let our kids go in it. Multiple doors to the outside looked like they had been kicked in. There are holes in the wall. The door to the room connected to ours was unlocked, so we could just walk right in to someone else’s room. Thankfully no one was in that room. I will say the staff was extremely nice and helpful! They were willing to help and even found us a new room when our first room was really loud.

I liked the jacuzzi tub, the complimentary breakfast and excellent location close to the Ocean. The property needs improvements, especially the rooms need to be detailed. The phone did not work, and the curtain did not have the hardware to open. Not enough towels for 2 people, especially for two nights and I do not like to have to ask.

The location is great and the lobby and staff were welcoming. The rooms were standard, though a little run down. There were garbage bags of ‘stuff’ stacked outside the walkway by our exterior window. Not sure what was in them-maybe items from renovations? Exterior doors were propped open and not secured at night.

The miniature golf was nice . The parking was not very good. The room was very small. Other than that, it was a clean. And the people where very helpful.

Been coming here for years and I've always been happy. This time my room was a dump. 1. Hole in ceiling 2. Tv never worked and front desk did not help. Said they couldn't leave the desk 3. coffee pot missing component to place coffee in, 4. Microwave's turntable didn't fit 5. Smoke detector always went off when taking a shower even with door closed and fan running. I'll never come back!!! Poor management is obvious. The people working here did their best, but management is obviiusly MIA.

Garabage around door in front dumpster had garbage around it, pool did not have locking door, couldn't see bottom of pool, hit tub had so much bubbles and tiles in hot tub had green stuff on grout and you could see the dirt in both pool and hot tub. Miniature golf course was run down ,hall carpets dirty. IT WAS DISGUSTING

It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great! The room was “clean” but needed a lot of repairs and work. The TV barely worked and the outside was a bit trashy and dirty. There was a glass filled with some sort of liquid sitting on a curb right by the front door for the 3 days that we stayed there and the trash cans were constantly overflowing like nobody ever changed them. BUT the staff was super friendly and great! It was quiet and I didn’t have breakfast but my boyfriend did and he said it was good. So all in all it wasn’t horrible, but not worth the price I paid.

Lobby is nice. Paint is peeling on walls, caperts look dirty, bathroom small even for me (I am 4 feet 11 inches and 195 pounds) sliding glass door was hard to open, breakfast smelled bad and was disorganized, guest laundry dryers were out of service. Service was nice. Location good. My spouse and I will probably not stay here again.

It was convenient to town. The area was blocked off to the beach. The card to the room was mysteriously blocked the 2nd night. Inconvenient to go to the lobby and get it fixed. Door to the balcony was warped and hard to open.
