The apartment is well placed for easy access to shopping and restaurants. We were a group of 4 adults and the hot water ran out. A resolution was found quickly, (Sylvania?) was very helpful and understanding.

We loved that we were right next to chinatown for amazing food but it was very quiet. We were in walking distance of Utilia Arena Birmingham and it was a gorgeous walk back to our appartment. Parking was easy and safe. There was so much to explore nearby. Great shops and the train station a short walk way. We loved our stay.

This apartment hotel was one of the best accommodation out there at a very reasonable price. The apartment was very spacious for a single person, modern and so clean. The location was few minutes walk from the main Bullring shopping centre, restaurants and the main train station. I definitely want to come back to this hotel/apartment.

Clean, Convenient and Cenral

Nice central location, clean, comfortable rooms, handy kitchen. Dagmar on reception was very friendly and engaging, informing us very clearly on how things worked.Very close to the Bull Ring shopping and The Xmas Markets.

All you could need in an apartment

Very good value. Comfy bed and all we could need in the way of facilities, including a bath. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, and loads of hot water. Very quiet - we had a good night's sleep. A bit bland, with lots of magnolia paint - a few pictures would cheer the apartments up and make them more homely. Fairly central, opposite the indoor market and NTback to backs, but not the nicest part of the city. All in all, would recommend.

The apartment was great, with a well-equipped little kitchen and good areas for sitting. Everything was clean and comfortable. The elevator wasn’t working, which didn’t affect me too much, but anyone with mobility issues or massive luggage might want to check that it has been fixed before booking this place.

Wouldn’t rush back

Excellent value for money and quality accommodation. One downside was the water supply was so unbearably hot I could shower (had to use bath instead so could mix cold tap). Be warned that maintenance staff will walk in to your room unannounced and for this reason I probably wouldn’t go back, was really unnerving as this happened on more than 1 occasion

Not given the wine as stated in booking had to ask the next day and reluctantly given 2 miniature bottles...booked an extra night told by reception we coukd stay in the same room only for the cleaner to walk in to say we were on the list to check out

Not secure parking

The check-in and the room was fine and see the amount of space I had was great. However in the bathroom there was male beard shaving everywhere in the cups In the bathroom and the bathroom itself. Though I was really annoyed about car park which I paid £12 for a secure car park. However the gate was left open and as my room was next to the car park at night I could hear drunks in the car park and the gate was open. Especially across the road there was a car park charging £10 and had the shutters down. These were my two annoyance from my stay, despite the lift wasn’t working. I feel I should get a refund on the parking. Apart from that the space was fine.

Stayed as a couple. The property is very clean and maintained and spacious, bed very comfortable. . It's adequately equipped for cooking. It spoiled things to see dirty laundry outside the lifts. And it was noisy with the windows open, when closed the property can get stuffy and smelly from cooking, so can benefit from having air con or air vents. We did use the hob, but not much difference in getting rid of cooking smells. The car park is a let down; very small and dirty with rubbish also it seems that builders/workers in the area can use it for free so it's pot luck if you get space even paying the ÂŁ12 a day fee. The staff was helpful in meeting the request we made. We would actually consider staying again because of the cleanliness, good condition and reasonable price of the property.

No one was at reception desk even i was well in time of 6pm but its very big negative of a 4 star property and no one there to help. such properties are shame for hotels.com to put on their website. so many conditions and restrictions on such properties and we reply only on hotels.com booking and does not expect anymore email which follows by others and dictate what to do. i was told i can not park because i did not pre book when 2 hotels came with my filters for Parking and that was my main thing. i paid ÂŁ9.50 somewhere else where i paid nearly ÂŁ20 to Uber for each way to collect my car.

Could have been better. I was mostly comfortable

I gave 3 stars for over all stay and cleanliness because the first towel i used had a big black dirty mark on it, and the second towel had pale faint dirty marks or staisn on it, it wasnt pleasant. Also the dining chairs were mucky and one had a bit of old pasta on it. But apart from that it was very clean and spacious and comfortable. Vould have had a spatualr in the kitchen to use wit hfrying pan. I used a big spoon instead. The bed was very comfortable. Could have done with a couple extra pillows though. Also ther le was a funny smell upon entering level 2 corridor and also my apartment. I got used to the smell after a day or so. The receptionist was always smiley so that was lovely. I gave less stars for comfort as i wanted a nice desk for working and the kitchen table wasn't too comfortable. Easy to procrastinate. Good distance from shopping centre and if arrvign late 24 hour spar right next door. That was handy.

Rymliga lÀgenheter men begrÀnsade öppettider i receptionen och dÀrmed lÀgre servicenivÄ. Men för personer som vill ha ett prisvÀrt boende och inte Àr beroende av service sÄ Àr detta perfekt i centrum av Birmingham nÀra kommunikationer. Servicebutik bredvid, nÀra till restauranger, marknad och shoppinggallerior, ca 15 min promenad till Town Hall (konserter) och museer.
