The property is close to the airport and many restaurants. The finishes inside the apartment are high end and very nice. Our unit was a two bedroom and two bathroom. There is someone at front desk to help which was useful for us as we were traveling. A great overnight stay, I would do it again and recommend to others.

Panoramic Living a most e joyable stay.

Our stay was excellent the apartment was well appointed for cooking our meals and clean up too. Our views were great as we were on the top floor. Anna was our check-in person and she was fantastic. She was very helpful and outgoing and made our stay very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who likes to cook some of their own meals. The loaction was good for us too.

This property is in an apartment building, which is partly being rented out as hotel rooms. The location for us was perfect: near the train station, restaurants, and shopping.

Good room, but finding the Hotel was confusing

The room was good. Very sleek and modern. To call Panoramic Living a hotel is a little confusing. They apparently own units in this highrise and are offering them as hotel rooms while looking to sell them. It works fine, but I was confused to show up looking for a hotel. The "front desk" is a nice young person sitting at a table in the lobby with a laptop. I walked around a bit before finding them.

Great place to stay with families

A very clean and well equipped apartment and you can get secure parking (£) for Your rental car. I thing that could have been better - there is no ventilation in the bathrooms and the extractor fans aren’t great. The facilities management must look into that.

Booked this place for my family (Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister in law and 2 nieces) for their trip. They couldnt stop raving about it. They loved the area and that it was next to shops and restaurants and convenient to walk around with the kids. They said the place itself was gorgeous and the people that manage the place were so friendly and helpful and made the stay even better. They've told all their friends to stay here if they plan a trip to Portugal, so I would definitely say thats a rave review!

I had to book for Web Summit at the last minute, so exploring options other than hotels on Expedia brought me to Panoramic Living. I’m glad it did. I felt like I had a home to go to with kind staff who were way more attentive than a hotel could ever give. Room was impeccable, location fantastic for Web Summit. The 7 minute walk to Moscavide meant I could be down to central Lisbon in minutes.

Modern and New, with a great view!

This place is well away from the historic old neighborhoods of Lisbon. We had a car, so it worked for us. The place is very close to train, subway, and buses. When we needed a taxi or Uber, it was easy (about 8€ to get to Alfama or Beixo). Very comfortable and well-appointed one-bedroom apt on the 22nd floor. Bed was big and comfortable. They do a nice job of supplying you with coffee, toiletries, etc. The kitchen is fully-equipped. If you’re looking for a place away from the madding crowd and close to Humberto Delgado airport, this might be for you.

Great apartment, clean and comfortable but annoying check in and check out. The reception is not in the same building. During check-in they block a certain amount on your credit card the in the checkout they make you wait in the reception while they go to the apartment to check if everything is OK or if you broke a vase or something so they can give back the deposit, or not.

Overall, the property was pretty well kept. I loved the room with the kitchenette. However, the bed’s head rest was a little outdated and was falling apart, but overall it was comfortable for myself and my daughter and my husband. I like that we could use Uber eats too, get our food and that there was an option to also ask the hotel to buy groceries for us because we ended up being sick. There was a store and a pharmacy right across the street so I was able to do things by myself. The lightbulbs were a little outdated and also flickering, which was a little annoying, but overall we were able to accommodate and get through that. The receptionist people were quite kind and also commenting and anytime we needed anything they were able to help us out.

Checking in was a nightmare, while we have paid for the room through Hotel.com direct booking they have refused and forced us to pay for the booking and seek refund from the supplier. Very rude front desk staff except for a Silvia which later we found out had just worked there for one week. The rest of staff were impolite, careless. It took us over an hour to check in at 6:00 PM while we needed to rest and catch a return flight the next morning at 6:00 AM. The apartment was nice, spacious and clean with malfunctioning shower and drain system that we had no energy or time to worry about. There are a lot more option to chose from so I will certainly skip this property in future.

I felt like cheated bcoz this property came in the list when listed for 2 bathrooms and it said 2 bathrooms while booking but after Che k in I see no 2 bath rooms .More over the management kept sending emails for self check in ,paying deposits online as they will not be available after 11 AM.The worst part they kept sending emails to let them know what time I Che k in.Spent a lot of money but not happy.

We struggled to check in. We emailed to advise the property about our arrival time and were able to drop off our luggage, but when check in time arrived no one was at the office and we had to get someone to help us find staff, which took more time than it should have. We stayed one night and there was an additional security deposit and requirement that we copy our passport. Overall, the property was nice and very well located but not maintained as well as it could have been. Given the additional security deposit, we took some time to document that chips and wear and tear. The poor communication and difficulty checking in were a problem, especially as we only stayed one night and it took up a bit of time during a short visit to the area. We also had to have a staff member visit the apartment to check us out, which made an early morning departure more rushed. Overall, I would not stay here for one night, but the locTion was great for a longer stay and the time required to deal with check in/out etc might be worth it for a longer stay.
