We stayed for 3 nights in the 2 bed apartments, the apartment was great and had everything we needed! Aircon wasnt super great but could have just been our room! Close to Westfield and train stations. We will definitely stay again!

Love the view and the location. Very convenient on everything, public transport, shops, restaurants, chemist, etc. Ease of checking in and out. The only thing it's missing is the free wifi.

The property was good room was nice clean and tidy a little bit dated. Location was amazing close to everything you need. Westfield across the road. Train station only 5 minute walk close to lots of food options shopping. Staff and service was great very accommodating with things we needed. Only down side was the spa pool wasn’t working and there was no communication about it not working prior to arriving. the Sauna wouldn’t heat up like a proper sauna.

Sebel was affordable while being in the heart of great shops, delicious food options and being 5 minutes from the train station only because you'll get distracted by all the cute and wonderful shops you'll find. They also offered room service, pool, spa and gym. The venue was very accommodating

Perfect for our family of 7... Did not realise there were 3 toilets! The washer and dryer are a great convenience-no need to travel home with dirty laundry to catch up on. A huge help with a family!

Booked a last minute weekend with the kids. Two bedroom apartment was plenty of room. Bit on the older side but was great. Close to shopping, food. Kids enjoyed a morning swim. Only downside was communication regarding wifi, breakfast and room service. Not sure if these were available

The Sebel Chatswood was a nice place to stay. The use of the key for the lift needs to be explained to the guest better. Was amazing to have full kitchen and laundry available for our stay. Windows and mirrors need to be cleaned better.

Don’t stay here if you like to sleep! The train station next door runs until 2am and starts up at about 5am and the windows in our room didn’t close properly and don’t appear to be double glazed. Otherwise convenient to station and shops.

The only good things are the gym, pool and sauna

The place is very old. The room wasn’t very clean, mould in tiles and sink and chips in the bed side table from previous stays. Stove is a gas one so you need to bring your own lighter. Soluble coffee instead of a proper coffee machine. Both tvs are not compatible with iPhones so I couldn’t even watch them. Spa is been under repairs for months. In my last morning there in the sauna I was trying to relax and there was a maintenance guy next door in the gym trying over and over the equipment so I could heard him the whole time and not very relaxing unfortunately. I do not recommend this place and I won’t stay there ever again.

Close proximity to everything was fantastic, so convenient and easy. The two-room apartment was a fantastic size for our family of 5. Groceries stores available a short walk to enable us to cook meals to keep costs down. Local coffee shops and bakeries as well. The skyline view was amazing. I was very dissatisfied with the additional charges and fees that were not advised when booking and payable at time of check-in. Parking fees we feel should be included in the accommodation costs, it certainly appeared there were enough permanent residents' vehicles within the parking spaces that could adequately cover the costs of temporary/holiday visitors parking fees.
