good location

The location was perfect. Basic kitchenware (dishwasher, detergent, pot, Nespresso machine) and a small portion of ingredients (olive oil, Nespresso capsules, rice, pasta noodles, cereal) are provided. I found it helpful. I stayed four nights, and there was ONE complimentary cleaning service. The soundproof window was ok. I stayed from Sunday to Thursday, there was noise outside but okay to sleep with earplugs. There is no official check-in process. They send an email to pay city tax, and once you pay it, they send a PIN code for entrance. In general, I like this place.

The team at Residentas was wonderful. They communicated regularly and just the right amount. The apartment was great and a treat to stay in. The only drawback is the party noise at night from the neightbourhood. Residentas place was perfect and they did warn of the noisy neighbourhood, so this no reflection on them. But sleep on a Friday night was seriously affected. I was celebrating a birthday during the stay and the team generously recognized it with a lovely pastry and note. Highly recommend the place, just be prepared for noise on the weekend.

We stayed in the penthouse - which can sleep 6 - though we were a party of 4. We paid up for the extra bathroom and space Pros: - Great Location - Friendly, professional staff - Spacious, comfortable apartment - Can leave luggage - before check-in time Cons: - The second bathroom in the loft (toilet seat, sink - in separate stalls) was basically unusable for adults. Should be okay for children. If you are a party of all adults, would not recommend Also, if you are a light sleeper, it gets a bit noisy late into the night, on some days. We didn't mind too much.

Great apartment and location. It’s at a busy spot so there was some noise from the street well into the night but that did not detract from our experience. In general the apartment was in good condition with a few minor maintenance needs. Would definitely go back.

Our walking tour ended at the view right across the street from the apartment... our fellow walkers were envious. The apartment was immaculate, location was great, the little balcony is fun for sipping wine watching the world go by.

Beautiful apartment, plenty of room and a great view. Great location, lots of restaurants and bars. Both trolley and buses stop right outside the apartment. A nice welcome package was there when we arrived, apartment was very clean. Housekeeping would let us know when they were coming and were very thorough. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Lisbon.

Great location, spacious apartment with great views. The team was super responsive, helped us check in early and was always available for anything we needed! The king size bed is very comfortable with high quality linens. Great kitchen albeit a small two burner electric stove somewhat limits the ability to cook anything sophisticated. Overall a great experience. On the negative side, the furniture (pillows) a bit dated, bathroom is small and somewhat uncomfortable, the apartment could use new towels. The apartment is in a super busy area and one of the nights we had drunken folks singing the same song over and over until 4am (and maybe that’s why they provide ear plugs in the bathroom :) Overall, great location, great service, great apartment with room for improvement in some areas.

The location very convenient to all attractions around. But too convenient for the bar goers. Stayed there 6 nights. Blocks of party in the alley (back of the apartment), until passed 3 ish in the morning. Only Sunday was a bit lighter crowd, or maybe I was too tired to notice anything after 5 exhausted nights. I have to say besides the noise & sleepless nights, everything about the apartment, the communication and the housekeeper have been great.

PERFECT PLACE for first timers to this city

We absolutely loved our stay ! The LOCATION was perfect !!!! Tons and tons of great restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to transportation is also a real plus . The bus , trolly and funecular are within sight , plus an easy walk to metro if you chose that. We had fun trying them all. One thing you should know is the area is VERY fun and at night gets a bit of noise. We knew this ahead of time and booked anyway.. We would stay here again because its a GREAT place in a PERFECT location. SAFE SAFE SAFE
