This place is amazing.Great location, close to the beach , stores and restaurants. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. The kids enjoyed the mini golf and the basketball.

Beach get away

I came down for the Harley Davidson weekend. Weather was great. Property was in a great location to everything, walking distance to the beach. Perfect one bedroom condo.

We are actually owners at this time share, but we were in a different unit not ours. As always we loved our stay at Sea Scape. As owners we notice a few things that needed attention, but staff are always helpful & friendly. As it is the off season & we were only there for the weekend it was very quiet & not at all crowded. This is an older property but it doesn't feel that way & they are constantly making little updates & changes where they can to keep it up to date. Definitely recommend it at this time of year for a restful mini getaway.

Charge the deposit credit card the morning of check in. Made us sign our intention to prepare the room for cleaning when checking out. Put our two rooms in totally different buildings. Steep stairs to the 2nd floor.

This was our first time visiting the Outer Banks and we chose to stay at Sea Scape. At first we were unsure as the property is older and although well-maintained, not as flashy as some other places on the island. However, we quickly fell in love with the place - so much so that we're already planning to return next summer. The property we got was a 2 bedroom that could sleep 6 (7 if someone wanted to take the extra large sofa). There was a full kitchen, stocked with all the utensils, drink and dinnerware you'd need to feed a large group. The bathrooms were big and the entire place was spotless. The location was also very convenient. It's down a little ways into Kitty Hawk and close to things like Walmart and Harris Teeter, but still far enough away to the main strip to feel a little less crowded. Check-in was easy and there were lots of amenities. My husband and I really enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard in the game room. We were also able to get a few rounds of mini golf in that is located on site. Overall this was a fantastic experience and we highly recommend this place for a one-of-a-kind trip to OBX.

Overall we had an amazing experience! The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were great! The walls are a bit thin. We could hear the couple next to us arguing and fighting a few nights in a row. Other than tuat it was great! If we are ever in the area again i would hope Sea Scape has availability for us 😊

We enjoyed our stay. Didn’t like having to change rooms but I think it wasn’t the properties fault. The office was very accommodating. We would stay here again.
