Very clean room

10min tram from Florence SM station, the stay is right next to the tram station. There is Lidl and groceries store nearby. The room is spotless clean, without even one hair. Whatsapp onsite support is responsive and prompt.

This was a great property to catch an early morning flight. It was only 7 minutes from the airport car rental facility. Staff was very friendly and communicated often.

Convenient

This was a convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately we were not provided with the code before our arrival, and so in order to check-in we had to walk to another place, which was a bit confusing. The lady was very friendly and welcoming though.

Very convenient as, although it is outside central Florence, it is an easy 15 minute tram ride straight to all of the sights. Very easy as the tram is right outside the apartments and goes direct to and from the centre. Perfect.

We had a very pleasant stay at QuadraKey. The property is well maintained, clean and modern. The apartment was roomy with a large balcony. The hotel is close to the tramway station and it took us 15 minutes to get to Florence Historical Center. Parking was easy inside the property for an extra fee. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We will stay there again if we have the chance to visit Florence again.

The hotel is like an apartment. The front desk lady was nice. The room was nice, but you can’t request more towels because you have to pay extra. Bring toilet paper, because once you run out they don’t bring more.

A great place to stay if it wasn't for the noise

The check-in and the room itself as well as the location were very satisfactory. However, I have never had such a noisy room, even in NYC. The room door directly faces a major street (no further walls), the door does not extend all the way down), and there was a construction site on the other side of the building.

Positives - close to airport with tram nearby (but don’t forget to validate you’re ticket!!!!) Receptionist was lovely and helpful Negatives - Very very noisy area - concrete hard bed - difficult to find (reception is around the block and you have to drag bags back through smelly streets to find the door to accommodation) - very small pokey bathroom.

A clean basic place to stay

This is a nice place with easy access and is clean and modern. The room is very basic, absolutely no frills. Just a refrigerator and a TV. The room is a converted apartment with lots of space. The bed was a little hard and the pillows as well. It also had a balcony. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The people at the check in were very helpful and communicated well via Whatsapp.

Inpossible to sleep, too noisy, literally like sleeping in the street in terms of noise, the door whic directly opens towards main street has around 1 cm gab beneath that makes sure the sound of cars, tram, chatting people all go in and mix with your dreams. The cleanliness is amazing, customer service is ok.

I arrived at 11, wrote and called, no response, I had to stay at another hotel and paid 114 euros, while they could give me the code, like they did day after. I want my money back for the night I didn’t stay at Quadre K hotel. Regards

Clean and well-maintained property about 20min from old town by tram. Tram station is right down stairs and tram comes every 3-5min. Check-in reception is not in the property so it could be a little hard to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and checkout was self-serviced (rooms have code locks). I believe check-in reception is only open until 7pm. The standard double room is spacious with a kitchen with fridge which is really handy. There is a supermarket about 5min walk away. There are some good dining options around but not as many as in the old town.

Cleaning people are thieves!

Biggest issue: Left behind a Very expensive ƌura smart ring charging in the bathroom (worth $300!). Called one hour after check once realized. Woman who answered showed little interest. Kept saying no one has brought anything up yet. Had to call back and recheck 6 times over next 2 days. Yes, it was my bad for leaving it behind, but cleaning people who did not turn it in were thieves! Impossible to not see it plugged in bathroom for them. Clean enough, not a great location, AC was not strong and no way to change it. My granddaughter also left behind really nice larger bottles of shampoo and conditioner, they never found those either.

Very bad experience

The hotel and it stuff do not respect a clients. The name of the hotel and the intrance is in the building that is under constructions. the bell was not working so there was no posibility to know where is the new resepcion.we came to hotel after flight and very long drive at nine in the evening.reseption is working up to 19.30 and you can not contact anyone not by phone not by mail not by chat.there is no keys for the rooms only codes.the code was not working and we could not contact anyone from the hotel.also people living near try to help us but they the say that it is always empty. At 23.00 we start to look for other hotel to stay at night.hotel had our phone number availible and did not contact to find out if client arive. Day after we came to look for hotel again because prepaid for three nights we saw anothe turist looking for intrance and looking for help.lucky for them it was not night so they answer in resption and told us where to go .in the reseption they say it is our problem we prepaid so there is nothing the can do. They rude and not polite. We will never stay in this hotel again,there many same price hotels and we sugest for everyone to thing before.
