Staff is always friendly, and even had our heat on in the room when we arrived. Rooms are clean and a fair price. Plus they take pets. (Going through a remodel, but not intrusive)

The outside of the property looks run down and almost out of business looking. However, the room was surprisingly clean and nice. The property looks like it would be for long term residents, but the wing for the overnight / short term was exceptionally clean.

Disgusting hotel! Wall paper in the hallway was pealing! Disgusting housekeeping staff! By far the worse hotel I’ve ever seen!

It was fine. In town for local event and just needed somewhere to sleep. But pricey for the actual room however as comparable rooms are half priced elsewhere but were booked. Parking lot and hotel appear rundown almost abandoned from the street not sure if it's undergoing renovations because it did not appear like it is. I'd stay here again if I had to, not a place I would prefer but fine.

The outside doors did not lock or even close completely creating safety concerns. All night long, loud noises could be heard from the adjacent room. Exterior was dark and unlit at night.

Place look like it was being renovated still. A lot of rooms with clutter. A lot of places weren't even open, but were used for storage. No coffee in room or no glasses. Doors were not secure for at night. The rate is too high for the way that place looked. I would be paying half the price for it since it looks like it still needed remodels

This property is not as advertised. Based on the holes in the roof and disrepair that could be seen on the outside and overall poor condition I did not check in. I called the front desk and talked to a rude individual. Beware this property. The pictures are false advertising and Expedia should remove this property from their portfio

The photos for the property are completely misleading. I booked this for one night as a pit stop for a very long journey. I chose this hotel specifically for the pool so my 6 year old could enjoy it before we got back on the road. Not only is the pool closed, the building is in deplorable condition. There is water damage everywhere, cones marking unsafe walking in the hallways. The room smelled like smoke (non-smoking room). The sheets were terrifying and I went out to the car to get extra sheets we’d used on vacation. Thank god I had them or we would have just slept on top of the blankets fully clothed. This hotel should not even be open, much less available to book on Expedia. Had it not been 11:30pm when we checked in, and if I’d had any energy left, I honestly would have just continued driving home. 0/10 stars. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We decided to give this hotel another chance after some renovations due to staying a few extra days past our reservation at another local hotel and them being booked. The issues began almost immediately. We were overcharged 4x for our reservation. The hotel smelled so strongly of marijuana that it was unbearable. The bedsheets and blanket in the room were stained with what I believe to be urine, we had to use our own. The floors were greasy and sticky. The whole room smelled awful. At around 3am, there was CONSTANT door slamming and loud noises coming from our hallway. The front desk staff were horribly rude. It was overall just a really negative experience. I believe in second chances but this property will not get a third. I personally would not give them any business unless you are desperate.

It was quiet, clean and comfortable!

I am a lead inspector at a casino hotel and I can say I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I read the reviews and had some concerns but figured we'd see for ourselves.We stayed one night, coming back from Pittsburgh, and overall the experience was great! Quiet, comfy, clean! The front desk attendant was nice and down to earth, she was accommodating and made sure I had a quiet room to sleep. The beds were a bit on the smaller side for 2 but they were comfortable. The room was large and I liked having the two entrances, one to the outside pool area and one to the parking lot. The water in the bathroom was hot and everything worked fine. The room has, I believe, vinyl flooring and it was free of any dirt which I know is hard to achieve. AC and heat worked good. It was freezing so the pool was closed. We pretty much just stayed in and ate dinner and chilled but I believe there's a lounge and bar somewhere in the hotel and the lobby has a coffee maker for whomever. You can rent a fridge and microwave for cheap, and they have roll away beds if needed. So I just wanted to say with the negative comments I had seen my stay was not bad at all. They are definitely trying to remodel, you can see that and in this economy I hope they do well in the future but it's a nice cozy motel that is conveniently located, clean and in a nice spot that was not crowded or noisy. Thank you so much for the lovely stay and homey atmosphere!

This property should not even be an option through Expedia. Property is extremely rundown, overgrown and dark. Check in area looks nothing like the picture from the site (shown at left on this form). My room was in a back building with no lights on. Parking lot was dark and I was the only car back there. Exterior door was propped open with a brick - all night from what I could tell as it was still propped open in the morning. So anyone could have entered the building at anytime. No LOCK on the inside of the hotel room door. Neither a deadbolt or the sliding latch option - both had been removed (I have pictures) I hung hangers on the door handle and wedged into the top crack above the door in case anyone tried to open my door overnight. Slept (very little) with my phone in my hand. Woke at first light and showered (there was hot water) and got the H*LL out of there! Never again - please reconsider offering this hotel as an option on Expedia. Expedia should be embarrassed!!

We arrived around 11:00 at night. Driving into the parking lot, this location looked like it was abandoned. Weeds and brush overgrowth everywhere and no signage to indicate that this was the hotel we had booked. Check in was ok. We were assigned a room at the back of the hotel. More red flags surfaced when the outside doors were not secured...there was a swipe mechanism but it was broken. Upon entering the hallway, we were greeted with a strong urine smell. The floors were in disrepair. Garbage and blankets were piled in the hallways as well. We found our room and it was uninviting. Stains on bedding, lighting was poor, and the room smelled like smoke and mildew. These impressions left us to turn around, go back to our car, and go down the road to the Holiday Inn. Travellers beware: the pictures on this hotel's page on Expedia are not what the hotel is. Overall recommendation - DO NOT stay here. Expedia - I cannot believe you would even have this hotel on your site as an option for travellers. You need to do better as well.

Lobby and Rooms were not that clean. Had to request sheets for our bed bacause the ones on it had stains and didn't look clean at all. Room was not that clean.
