A holiday from hell. We didn't receive the door passcode and spent half an hour waiting. This building is on a very narroww scruffy alley where the other side is being renovated. The noise is so bad you are awakened at 7.30 six days a week with hammer drills and angle grinders. Its so bad, its impossible to open the windows for fresh air. So many smaller complaints too The building work looks as if it may continue for many months. Can recommended the little restaurant opposite

Second wonderful stay at Mallorca Suites

We really enjoyed our 2nd stay at Mallorca Suites, this time in a one-bed apartment with my husband but we've also stayed in the 3-bed apartment with terrace with 2 friends. Very comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable short or longer stay (we stayed 10 nights) - for example, good gentle shower gel and body lotion, additional towels and bedding, washing machine (airer, ironing board and iron too), fully equipped kitchen (we had breakfast there, made some salads and my husband cooked fish in the oven), comfortable bed and lots of wardrobe space, comfortable and spacious kitchen/ lounge area, very good Wifi. Located in the heart of the old town with cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and major sights very closeby. There's a decent BIP supermarket nearby for basic grocery shopping.

Best location in Palma.

Incredible location. Right in the heart of Palma. You can walk to everything. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Tons of space. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Just wish we had more towels. Also, directions for the washer/dryer would be great. Parking is hard to find. Have them give you the exact location of the garage to use. 25 Euro for overnight parking.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Unschlagbar war die Lage, alles war gut zu Fuß zu erlaufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Another excellent 10-day stay at Mallorca Suites

This was the second time that my husband and I had stayed in this same 1-bed apartment. Mallorca Suites is located in the heart of the old town with easy access across the city, to the seafront and also to public transport. Secure access to the building and the apartment and a working elevator. We used this as a base to explore Palma and take day trips to other towns on the island of Mallorca. The bedroom is cosy, the bed is very comfortable and there's plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. There was a good supply of clean towels including 2 x beach towels, clean bed linen, and an easy-to-use washing machine in a separate utility room in the apartment. Kitchen is well-equipped - my husband loves to have the option of cooking sometimes and we sometimes had coffee in the apartment before venturing out. There's a small terrace (for standing, no room for furniture/sitting) which is enough if a guest wants to smoke. The air conditioning is very effective with the option for different temperatures in the bedroom and lounge/kitchen area. Comfortable lounge seating, great free Wifi, good water pressure in the shower. Less than 5 mins walk to small well-supplied supermarket, Coaliment (previous name was Bip), for snacks, drinks, fruit & vegetables, packaged meats & cheeses, etc. Great option for couples, or friends, with larger apartments available for friends and family groups.

Right where you need to be.

Was quite concerned as hadn't heard directly from the Mallorca Suites with regard to how we were supposed to get in etc. I sent a message when we arrived and the guy turned up within a couple of minutes to let us in. Apartment was nice and airy, very clean, complimentary water and toiletries. We asked if the apartment was available for a couple of hours after check out time and we was given the extra hours for no charge! I had read that there is no lift and so stairs are a major hurdle - there is a lift!! We used it all the time. This place is situated perfectly - right in the middle of everything. So many places to eat/drink/shop. 5 minutes walk to get a cab. The downside to this apartment was the noise from a party wall - not one of the other apartment, but a neighbour. Having siesta was a waste of time and they didn't appear to go to bed very early either - the sound of furniture scraping along the floor was very annoying!

Perfect apartment

The suites are very centrally positioned in Palma roughly 5 minutes to the Cathedral. They are very clean with everything you need for a short break.
