Communication was outstanding. Was spacious, quiet, and just a short walk from the train/bus stop. Easy to get in and out. Full kitchen made it easy to prep our own meals. Only minor complaint was the pillows were not very comfy, but everything else was perfect.

We stayed in the apt for just u fee a month and loved everything about it. Location is perfect. With shops , tram stops groceries , restaurants right at your doorstep. Inside the apt is very comfortable too. I took the Studio apt which was spacious for the two of us. The washer dryer was a bonus. We visited in April to May so the weather was cool. On the days it did get warm there is a pedestal fan. My only con would be that there is no A/C so it could get very hot during the summer months. Thank you EMA house for making our stay in Zurich the best. We will be back.

This was an amazing apartment in a fabulous neighborhood in Zurich. The staff is incredible and attentive and it has every amenity you could ever want. One of the best vacation apartment experiences I have ever had.

The place was nice and quiet. It has pretty much everything we needed and IT HAS AC! The owner/person in charge is always checking if we need something, replies fast. It’s close to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants.

WOW!

10/10 Every thing was awesome about my stay. From the service, communication, welcome drink, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, dishwashers, microwave and oven) bathroom (including washing machine and dryer) and mini balcony. Public transport, shops and restaurants near by. I wish I could stay in a place like this for all of my travels throughout Europe. Highly recommended.

The customer service is exceptional. The apartment was lovely it’s a 2bd 2 bath with an elevator. It’s a very walkable area with shopping within walking distance . It’s a 15 min tram ride from Zurich HB. We took advantage of the Zurich card and it worked out for us we visited many museums for free and it covered all transportation within the zones specified on the card .

Fabulous apartment in Zurich

Beautifully appointed apartments. We were a family of four, and had the two bedroom apartment, it was so comfortable and had everything we could need for our short stay in Zurich. It was really well located, just a block from the lake front, and about a 20 in walk into the old town but also dirctly on a tram abd bus route as well. Would highly highly recommend.

We were very pleased with our stay at Ema Apartments. The suit was spacious and very clean. Any time we had a question or needed something , we would email their office and the response was immediate. The location is very close to tram lines that take you all the way to the main railway station and on to the airport. There were super markets close by. I would recommend Ema Apartments to others.

It was close to the lake, tram stops, restaurants, and walking distance to food stores. Apartment complex was relatively quiet. It had a nice balcony & modern kitchen. Building has a cute elevator. Tram 4 stops at Zurich HB.

The property is exactly as the pictures. The apt is well kept, clean, centrally located. The beds are comfortable. The place has great space and even a terrace. There’s a washer and dryer which I found super helpful. The kitchen has a great space. The only observations I would make are that I would have liked to have a broom an mop to be able to clean because even though they clean the place 3 times a week, if you drop or spill something you can’t properly clean. The kitchen is missing cooking gadgets like spoons or a spatula. But I would totally stay there again.
