Main thing There’s no parking for property you have to keep paying for three hours at a time in different zones tell 9pm when you can park for free. Outside of that room was nice host was easy to get in contact with if had any issues

Horrible Experience - beware!!

Booked quadruple room to show up to a tiny room with a small bed and a couch. The bathroom was also outside of our room through shared areas, which was not specified on the website. The picture of the room on the booking clearly showed a room with two queen beds and a bathroom attached to the room. The confirmation also stated free parking outside, which was not the case. Called the on duty manager to see if there was anything else they can do. They didn't have any alternatives so they agreed to cancel the room and would allow hotels.com refund us. Hotels.com are saying the accommodation will not respond to them and as the booking has no cancellation within 24 hours, they will not refund us. Poor, poor service by the accommodation and hotels.com.

2 day Reykjavik stay

The stay was great. Loud music could be heard on Friday night until ~4am. Luckily we were on the fourth floor so it was manageable. Bathroom was small but worked. Location was great, but relying on a park house was unfortunate. Distance to popular Reykjavik destinations could not be better.

Very cozy property, quiet, clean, and centrally located. Owners were super responsive over email before and during our stay. Location can't get any better for Reykjavik. Would certainly stay there again.

Amazing time. Great host and great concept. Bed was comfortable. Only flag is bathroom is small and the bar downstairs if noisy, but for the location and price this place is hard to beat!

In the heart of town

Worked well for us. Room B 11 is the bigger room but smaller than an American hotel room and is right at the corner of Rainbow Street. Enjoyed going to Sessions for beverage (just below the room) and the convenience of the kitchen across the hall. The room has hooks on both sides for hanging clothes (no drawers), a mini coffee maker with pods, hot pot, microwave, and mini fridge, very hot shower 👍. Although small
 We didn’t spend much time in the room so that wasn’t a big deal. It’s right above restaurants and near pubs so one night was fairly noisy but the remaining three were fairly quiet. Greatly appreciated the staff quick response time & friendliness. No elevator/lift so good to pack light🙂 and 100% can drink water from the tap.

Location was outstanding on rainbow street- yet the room was quiet. The kitchen and rooftop were a bonus - comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend staying in the private rooms.

Perfect Quick Stay

This property is centrally located in downtown within walking distance of everything. The unit was small but had everything we needed. The only downside is that it’s above a bar which you can hear at night & there’s no private parking so we had to find public parking. I’d recommend this place to a quick, convenient stay.

Positive - close to downtown shops. Negative - on top of a bar with loud music that didn't close until about 5am. Loud music and loud drunks. Vibrations filtered up. Emailed company but no response. Douvet was stained. Disgusting.

Schöne Unterkunft im Zentrum von ReykjavĂ­k (direkt an der Regenbogenstraße). Ganz oben tolle Dachterasse. GewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig ist lediglich der Geruch der benachbarten Gastronomie.

Clean, comfortable, modern. Best thing was the washer AND dryer because we always plan to do some laundry during our travels. Great location right on the main tourist street, but it was never noisy. We had a small room with tiny bathroom—I usually hate tiny bathrooms, but this one was totally acceptable and nice and clean. We were on the top floor with a balcony in the shared kitchen/sitting area. For introverts, the shared area may not be great since other travelers may be there using the space. But we enjoyed having it.

Excellent location and base for exploring Reykjavik. Room nice and clean and good shared communal area. Only development areas are the requirement for better pillows and somewhere to store luggage pre check/post check out.

Not at all what we were expecting! Super small, the sink in the bathroom is tiny and water spills everywhere. We have stayed in Iceland before with Reykjavik apartments 4 you, and they were much bigger and cleaner.

Highly recommend this wonderful setup on the bottom of the Rainbow street, right by shopping and restaurants. Views were outstanding with deck. Loved the shared open kitchen and living space. We had 2 of the bedrooms and used the kitchen for a big group breakfast. Beds were comfy. Sofa beds a bit hard however. All 7 of us said we'd book this again. Highly recommend, especially for a larger group.
