Wonderful oasis in a busy area . The hotel stuff is very nice. The ambience is relaxed. My room was clean and quiet. In the restaurant they don't serve pastries anymore. The food was good anyway. I can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

I did wonderful stay at Rama, special thanks to kardek and Kris..Kardek is very sweet staff at Rama which is they call you and talk to you hows my stay.. They drove me off to the beach.. Got a nice massage too at thier spa.. We are coming again hopefully on Dec.

We had a wonderful stay at Rama Residence Petitenget, and we can't recommend it enough, especially for families! Traveling with two infants can be challenging, but the staff at Rama Residence made everything seamless. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly warm, kind, and accommodating to all our needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing everything we needed for our little ones, and always with a smile. They even anticipated our needs before we could ask, making us feel right at home. The facilities are clean, modern, and very family-friendly, and the location is perfect for both relaxing and exploring the surrounding area. Thank you to the entire team at Rama Residence for making our family vacation so enjoyable and stress-free. We will definitely be returning!

A hidden gem

All I can say is wow. I reserved the family 2 bedroom villa. With the private pool. If I could give this property 20 out of 10 stars I would. Amazing staff. Extremely nice and friendly. Very helpful. I honestly can't think of one bad thing. Even the location was perfect for us.

Good overall stay but DO NOT use the spa. We were taken over the road as they clearly didnt have capacity on site at the time but wanted the business. It quickly became apparent that guys who delivered the service were untrained meaning the experience cost us money to effectively waste half an evening of our holiday. It was so bad they should have compensated us for our time but we couldn't be bothered to argue.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite our late-night flight and having already checked out, they graciously allowed us to use the hotel shower, for which we are truly grateful. In particular, I would like to commend Dwiki for his outstanding assistance – he was exceptionally helpful. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room's shower head and holder appeared old and loose, and the water pressure changed noticeably after 9 p.m., with no hot water available. The bidet pressure was also quite strong, suggesting a need for a higher quality type. I'd like to suggest an environmentally friendly addition – the inclusion of kitchen towels. It seems wasteful to continuously use paper to wipe the basin top. Additionally, the placement of the microwave oven was inconvenient, as it was positioned too high. I often had to use a chair to reach it, especially when heating up my food. Apart from these considerations, the overall experience was satisfactory, and we would still consider it a great place to stay. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Mysigt hotell med bra service

VÀldigt mysigt hotell med fina rum. Bodde i familjerum som var bra tilltaget med ett sovrum och en stor utbÀddbar soffa. TV, wifi och köksutrustnings. Trevlig service och personal. De fixade ett bra upplÀgg med senarelagt utcheckning, bagageförvaring och hÀng i deras faciliteter efter utcheckning för att underlÀtta för oss i vÀntan pÄ att Äka till flygplatsen. Extra plus Àven för möjlighet att fÄ skjuts till stranden helt gratis. Supergod mat pÄ restaurang Boka som lÄg vÀgg i vÀgg med hotellet, dÀr Àven frukosten gick att bestÀlla. Enda minuset hÀr var att de vid nÀstan alla tillfÀllen saknades minst en grej vi ville ha pÄ menyn vilket blev lite pyssligt.
