Fantastic apartments nice and spacious. Very clean. Staff fantastic and friendly, really went out there way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Entertainment were fantastic with my little one.

Great location and very kind and helpful staff. Amenities like the pool, washing machines, store and half-board option were wonderful. Only problem was too many 20 somethings that partied noisily until the morning every night.

Nice apart/hotel complex

A lovely apart/hotel complex in Palma Nova. A little dated but kept very neat and tidy. Near to beach, restaurants and shops. And only 20 mins by taxi from airport. This was our second stay here and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful location & nice hotel

David(Spanish) and David (Manchester originally) at reception were very kind & sorted out the queries, problem on lock safe & even recommended areas to visit & suggestions. Beautiful clean hotel , with top class entertainment, nice large swimming area , table tennis & pool table with bar. Close proximity to shops & beach only 5 mins walk. Maguluf on right side & Parma Nova beaches on the left. So much close proximity to a wide variety of food, clothes & other shops. Safe area & opposite is the main bus stop towards other areas around the island.

Door frame of the front door to our room was in need of repair/replacement - but was secure none the less. The hotel was always clean and tidy. The breakfast was perfect and had all the choices we could have wanted with 2 young kids. Great location, quiet enough to never be noisy but close enough to walk to all the local amenities of Palma Nova.

Swift check in by very pleasant staff, we had room in block b overlooking pool ,room was very spacious and clean, good kitcken with everything you needed, bedroom great nice comfy bed, bathroom spacious with the best p powerful shower i have ever been in. We had a problem with our transfer bus home David on reception was amazing went above and beyond to help us, would defo stay here again

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Bus stop is right across the street. Many activities to keep you busy each day. The pool is awesome! The rooms were a bit tight with our luggage. The beds were a tad hard but not bad. The biggest drawback were all the party groups that tended to be loud at times, especially on the weekend. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating!

The property was very expensive. We did like the hotel / apartment feature; however the rooms were not that great. We did like the proximity to town and dining. The breakfast was terrible. My wife and I agreed that if we were in our 20's and there was a large friend group going this hotel would have made sense since you could split the costs. As 40 somethings with teenage and younger kids it just had the wrong vibe for us.
