It started with our checking in. Did not know we had to go to Security to check in. Found this out when we went to Jockey Club checkin desk. The condo could use some cleaning on the carpets and rugs in it. Had to request towels and the housekeeping crew are only available 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. No housekeeping during our stay. Had to remove our own trash to the trash chute. Had to strip our beds of the sheets and blankets and leave towels in basket in an area they could retrieve them. Will not book through Expedia again. The price we paid for 6 nights should have better housekeeping. Oh, the pullout sofa would not pull out so couldn’t use.

First was seeing the 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door. Actually HEARD it first. Everyone walking by talking, or kids screaming. AND we were right outside the elevator... Second was the condition of the tub. With the rate you charge, one could hope you could afford to refinish the bathtub. Third: tripping over the rug that you tried to double tape down is the accident waiting to happen. And finally, replace the sofa bed or get the cushions replaced or redone.

Don’t stay at these over priced suites!! There is a great view but little to NO amenities, “management” is a phone number that is not affiliated with the Jockey Club or resort, could never speak to a real person, and never received a response back after “please be patient while we review your feedback” text. Never spoke to a person. The rooms were outdated and had dirty sheets, no coffee for the coffee pot that didn’t fit on the counter, very few outlets and awful WiFi connection. I wouldn’t pay more than $50/night for this property. Save time, money, and hassle and just book at cosmo or a better value more communicative resort,

The unit furnitures are all outdated and carpet as well. Sink in the room is clogged.no view of the strip at all.owner need a lot to do . I didn’t get what I paid for.

Good location, walkable to the interests on the Strip. Nice, quiet, and clean condo on the highest floor of the building to see the music fountain and the Sphere. The only thing that we don’t like is the parking, which is a nightmare during our stay on the Friday and Saturday at the year end, waited about 45 minutes to get into the parking garage. It’s probably due to the holiday season ( not sure about other times). The instruction is not clear on how to find the parking garage, if there is a loading/unloading zone and where it is.

Wonderful Hotel with beautiful view

We got the room with a splendid view of Bellagio fountain and Paris Hotel (Effiel Tower). Room was huge for a family of 5 and clean. The hotel is tucked right behind Cosmopolitan, which is super convenient to the Strips and sharing the same carpark (free parking at B3). Definitely will recommend to stay there.

You have to be careful when you book this hotel through expedia. They are timeshare condos. We stayed in room 712- 1 bdrm condo. When we booked through Expedia, it said we would get a view of the city center (view of the strip). When we checked in, the room we were given was facing a tall wall of the Cosmopolitan Hotel. No view at all. when we asked the hotel staff, they asked us to contact the host. And there was no phone number given for the host. The location of the place is very convenient to different hotels and eateries. The beds were very comfortable. The living room's sofas were uncomfortable to sit for a long time. The room key was supposed to be used for the parking garage. It never worked all three days. That was a big hassle.

The dirtiest place ive ever been to. They refused to clean after 4 and our check in was at 4 so we were forced to sleep in a dirty room. The air vents were full of dust. Sink was clogged and room smelled so bad we couldn’t even be there

The room was absolutely filthy as was the weird office I checked in at. The sheets had clearly not been changed from the last guests. The carpet made the bottoms of my feet sticky. They’re was literal food and crumbs on the ground as well as other trash around the unit.
