hotel was clean receptionist was polite and a fast check in. the area is considered unsafe but honestly just keep your wits about you and its friendly enough not all that bad more interesting. great for finding party products. we ate nearby and there was lots of selection. i would stay again if I returned to Brussels.

Couldn't have been happier with our room .Booked one room for 5 adults .Very clean comfortable bed .Much bigger than we expected .This was a welcome surprise after a very long day .Communication from the virtual agent when we were running late for check in was excellent .So very helpful and then on arrival hotel reception were just as helpful

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Check in was easy and the staff were polite. The only downside was the mattress which had a big dip in the centre, resulting in a not so comfortable sleep.

Very good stay at Wellness Apart Hotel

Check in to the hotel was great, and the manager was polite and very helpful. It was also my first time staying in an apart hotel, and that experience is unforgettable. The room was very nice and warm when the weather was terrible, and my stay was very comfortable.

Very smart looking apartment, although basic. Check in & out was great & they responded to requests prior to the booking promptly. Area isn't the nicest, but if you like a kebab there's no shortage of food shops. I found supermarkets a bit harder to find Would stay again though

Nice apartment in less desirable location

The apartment is very good, staff nice and great value. The area around the Noord station is a red light district. We had no problems, but had to walk near this area several times with my child. You need to be very careful both in and around this station.

We (family of 5, with 3 kids) stayed here our last night in Belgium, to be closer to the airport. Wish I'd done better research first. Hotel is not in a great part of town, in the 5 minute walk from the tram back to the hotel I had something stolen from a bag I was carrying. Room wasn't very clean, beds were hard, and it was difficult to sleep with the noise from the street. I would not stay here again, especially with kids. There's a tiny parking garage beside the hotel, call inside and they'll open the door for you.

The reviews did not look encouraging and we just booked the place because it was affordable and close to the train/flixbus station. But the room turned out much more comfortable and roomier than in the photos, it was a very pleasant surprise. The place is a walk away from the various tram lines, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes just a minute of walk down the street. Kind and helpful staff. For people worried about safety, they lock the hotel at night and you buzz in. Overall, we were just expecting a place to crash at and out of all the places we stayed at during our European trip that one was really one of the best.

The streets around this area were fine during the day, lots of garbage in the streets. During the night was not the best for walking to and from the train station. I would not recommend walking alone after dark as a woman.

Better than expected for the price i paid.

It was so much better than i expected. For the price i paid [£45] it was a bargain. Excellent. Stay at room 19 if you can. The bed aas comfartble , excellent bathroom condition , hot water, and even there was a small patio in the room like a private terrace! Amazing i loved it. The neighbourhood i guess its a bit rough but i didnt mind at all .its a bit hilly around 25-30mins from central. Theres a tram stop in front which i didnt use because i walked.

Located on a wide busy street of Brussels close to public transportation, restaurants and shops, it took us 15 min by car to get the center with all the sightseeing places. The area is a little sketchy but we felt safe. It was a little noisy because of the trams and traffic, but not too bad. Our apartment on the third floor was very spacious, clean and comfortable (actually better than expected after reading all the reviews). Two rooms with five twin beds total. Kitchen had a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher and plates/pots/silverware. TV had no signal (which didn’t matter for us). Parking was 20 euros a day for their hotel garage or plenty of street parking available (free from 9 pm till 9 am and 2 euros an hour during the day.) Generally i can recommend this hotel.

The property itself was in a very sketchy area. Check-in was smooth, but It still seemed a little iffy with process. I had to retrieve my own passport on the copier machine, which did not subside my nervousness about the area. Once we got to our room, there was mold on the ceiling and a broken vanity cabinet. Also, no one informed us that we needed to put the card in the slot in order to have electricity in the entire room. I could tell that at one point, the room look nice, but those days may have passed. People were also smoking right in front of my front door which seeped into the room. I only stayed one night, but that was plenty.

Terrible.

Terrible. While I was in Madrid doing my connection to board the next flight to Brussels I got a message from this hotel saying that my credit card didn’t pass. As per Hotel.con I had to pay in the hotel on my arrival, not before. I arrived at the hotel at 8:45 pm and they guy on the front desk said they cancelled my reservation because it was too late and that they were trying to contact me but didn’t answer to what I had to explain that I don’t live in Europe and didn’t have a SIM card. The guy pretended he called the manager and reactivated my reservation. The area is not safe, despite having a tram station nearby and a train station close by I felt unsafe all the time. The staff is not friendly.
