Good place to stay, bit of walk down to the shops but no big deal. All modern and comfortable. Only one gripe (and i'm being picky) is that there is lamp on the LH bedside but no way to plug it or a phone charger in.

This was my second stay at Punthill Ivanhoe. The apartment was nice, modern, light and perfect for my purposes (visiting relatives in Austin Hospital and nearby Macleod). Penty of food options down the hill in Burgundy Street. Or if you don't want to walk back up the hill, easy drop off location for Ubereats or other. Amenities good (washer/dryer was v handy for me). There is traffic noise (especially around peak hr) but I tuned this out quickly and easily. Definitely staying again when the need arises.

back here again after 4 years

we stayed here 4 years ago before the pandemic. newly opened and clean. this year, we came back again to this apartment. still the same, clean and comfortable. suggestion: need more cleaning for the lamps next to the bed. so dusty.

Property looked tired. The walls had marks all over it in my room and one of the cushions had what looked like, a blood stain on it. The whole venue had this really strong scent too!

Very tired and a bit grotty - frypan was dirty, couch was worked and stained. Wifi didn't work at all. Lock to the apartment was faulty although with jiggling I got it to lock. Overall needs a bit of TLC. The staff were lovely though.

Booked a secured underground carpark, was told upon check in that carparks had been booked out for a week and we would have to wait until someone left and park in one of the 15 provided street parks which meant sitting on the road for 45 minutes. We ended up parking 2 blocks away and having to move the car at 1am.

Spacious and affordable

This clean and spacious apartment was very comfortable. Bed and the bathroom were great. Our room included a large balcony. Tea and Coffee were sparce, with two Coffee pods, and two tea bags, neither of which were normal tea. If I was staying any more than one night I would need to buy Coffee and real milk.
