Beautiful villa with an awesome pool and a float provided. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The bathroom is slightly dated but still kept clean. Bedroom is spacious with comfortable mattress and pillows. Love the convenient location too - Bintang supermarket just a few minutes’ walk away and many shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Overall, a great stay!

Good place to stay in

Convenient location with walking distance to family mart, Bintang supermarket and shops. You can even walk along the street and reach Seminyak Square in less than half an hour. Villa service is good with 24 hour front desk and security. Quiet place to rest.

Great location in Seminyak. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I have stayed at the Seminyak Suite previously in 2013, and wasn’t disappointed on my return visit. The restaurant was being renovated during our stay so there were limited breakfast options, but that didn’t negatively impact our stay. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an excellent stay in the 2 bedroom villa. 2 adults 2 kids. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Wonderful with the kids too, nothing is a bother. Cleaning and service was fantastic. The villa is beautiful, bedrooms and bathrooms were huge and luxurious, with all comforts you need for a great holiday. The pool was fantastic and cleaned daily as the beautiful frangapani flowers dropped in occasionally. Close to shops, restaurants and everything you need. Only downside is they are already booked out for when we plan our next trip to Bali.

Great place at reasonable price

The villa was a perfect choice for my family with two older children as the villa had two adjoing rooms separated by a common area (living, dining, pool). The location is quiet and convenient, as located some 50meter away from busy street of Seminyak. The beautiful pool was often through out the day. All staff were fantastic, attentive to all our needs including sending a complementary cake and a leafy message on bed. Breakfast had ample choice. Will definitely use again.

We stayed in a two bedroom pool villa and enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent
.set amongst restaurants, shops and the famous Bintang Suoermarket which stocks everything! Villa is walking distance to beach sunsets, staff are wonderful, Villa tired but nice. One experience we did not like
..we accidentally broke a plate in the kitchen sink after breakfast

management asked us to pay $20 AUD for replacement!!!!

Second time in this villa. Previously they had breakfast buffet now you have to order from menu. Which is very small consider it was big breakfast buffet before. For 14 days eating eggs and sausage and small plate od fruits.

First time in a Villa and the property was very nice indeed. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Pool was great, rooms and bathrooms were massive and very nice. Location is perfect close to restaurants, Bintang supermarket a 2 minute walk, shopping, massages. If I had a few negatives I thought the bed was firm and the pillows not so soft. Thought kitchen area could’ve had a few extra things like a bottle opener, bigger fridge and a few more utensils if you wanted to cook at your villa though we ate out every night. Thought the breakfast was average and never had salt and pepper with there food though it was delivered to your villa at the time you requested though by the time it got there it was cold but you had a microwave to heat in your villa but again numerous options to buy breakfast right outside the villa that are far better and cheap. TV relys on wi-fi and found it frustrating at night trying to watch tv as programmes would freeze but tv was a large size. We are not disappointed we choose to stay here and if we returned to Bali would certainly stay here again but there are some small things they could do better as mentioned. Organised taxi for us to the airport at a fair price which was great and appreciated. Would recommend

Perfection

Perfect location very close to Bintang supermarket and villa up to expectations. Staff were outstanding and I couldn't rate them high enough. Especially a young man called Wirasa (name may not be correct) We realised late in our stay we needed a late checkout and whilst they were booked fully so this couldn't be achieved he took us to the small residence in front of the hotel and organised for us to pay a nominal fee to book in with them for five hours. He then sorted out their confusion when we arrived as the staff had changed and no booking was there. The room cleaners were very thorough and cleaned and mopped the spaces everyday often having to work around us as we rarely left the premises. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. It was unfortunate their restaurant was under refurbishment But our chosen breakfast was delivered at the correct time every day. A microwave was available along with a stove and oven but with the choice of restaurants close by I had no intention of cooking, so cannot say anything about that Fridge was very cold and we used the water dispenser to fill up the ice cubes. We hope to return in the very near future
