great hotel and staff is very friendly the hotel is conveniently located close to the midi station which allows you to take public transportation. The Cleanliness is great the food as well. And they have waffles on the counter as courtesy which is very cute.

I loved this little apartment! It’s close to the train station and has a great little convenience store and a butcher’s shop right across the street.

Great place to stay.

Loads of people leaving reviews about the area feeling unsafe. It was no different from any other part of Brussels. The accommodation was perfectly fine and the staff were amazing. Thank to Micheal form the beer recommendations.

This hotel was really clean and close to the train station. I would stay here Again. There were a lot of abandoned buildings, homelessness in the area. Not the greatest atmosphere but i never felt unsafe while i stayed there.

Lovely stay but interesting location

It was amazing! The people at the front desk were so friendly! They provided us with food / destination recommendations and we loved them all. I will say though, the area in the opposite direction of the station seemed to be a little off the beaten path (if you know what I mean). And as people who didn’t know the language, this was kind of dangerous as in my brothers necklace was almost stolen. BUT I loved the hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

Unfortunately there were bed bugs in my room and this caused me a lot of trouble during my ongoing journey. I will not forget this horrible experience. The staff was always friendly and welcoming and the entrance area was nice. I also appreciated the Belgian waffle buffet in the lobby.

Cozy and a good value; not the nest location.

Nice smaller boutique hotel near the Midi/Zuid train station. My room was very comfortable and security good as a solo female traveller. The breakfast (extra) was delicious with granola, breads and pastries, charcuterie. The tech is nice to as I was able to cast a show I was waiting to see from my phone to the television. The only downside is that it is a 25-30 minute walk through some construction zones to the historic center of town. However, this is probably why it's more affordable. Uber if you dont want to walk.

Nice and Clean but beware of area

Close to the Midi train station. Clean and staff friendly. Lights in hallways completely off, so it's pitch black, and take a little too long to detect motion to turn on. Area around is not comfortable to walk in the evenings as a single woman. Be cautious as was approached by a group of attempted pickpocketers close to hotel.

It was close to train station. We slept well at night. The kitchenette was good but plates were dirty, found the floor dirty as well. Very little or no choice for coffee or tea and no cream to go with it, had to buy our own for our three day stay. And had to have a smart phone to use washer and dryer! Was glad tho there was a heated towel rack! 👍 Hotel boasts of being environmentally friendly but not recycling efforts that I could see.

The dishes were dirty and unwashed when we arrived. The bottom of the kettle was peeling off and would contaminate the water when boiled. Some weird exhaust fan in the room is really loud in the middle of the night, keeping us awake. It was honestly better than nothing, but I wouldn't come back here again.

Stayed before - very convenient for Midi station

Very happy with hotel. Everything that I needed. A few niggles, but not enough to put me off returning. However, half of the TV channels did not work at all. I can never work out the hi-tech heating/air conditioning control in a hotel room. I opened the window and kept it open all night, which meant a fair bit of noise from the street. Had breakfast at the weekend. Not a bargain but OK for the amount I ate. However, not a wide range. They ran out of bread and had to thaw it from the freezer. That should never happen. Common problem of things not being topped up in time (e.g. scrambled egg).

The room was nice but small. Convenient store and butcher right across the street. The neighbourhood is scary. Many homeless people live on the street a few yards away. We would not go out of the room at night. Close to the train station so it was convenient but seems like a seriously bad neighbourhood. You could see many children being walked to school in the morning right out of our window but never a child playing outdoors. When you’ve paid what Expedia says is all of the charges including tax the hotel still charges you more when you check in. They claim it is city tax. The Expedia site is wrong! 
 or the hotel is maybe cheating it’s guests. They have espresso machines in the room but the front desk says you only get 2 servings when you check in and refused to give me more though they did give me sugar. The little store didn’t have espresso for that machine
 Weird.

Perfect place near Midi

This is a perfect place near the Midi station. New, modern and clean, with a small pentry. I only missed a small table with chairs opposite to the pentry.
