I will start with the pro’s
 the location is awesome! Close to everything! Was able to check in early. The guy on reception was lovely, very chatty and able to make quite a few recommendations for places to eat! The con’s
 the walls of the room were extremely thin so if u are a light sleeper like me, it isn’t great! The couple next door might as well have been in bed with me, I could hear that much! I could hear every conversation and every sneeze! The coffee machine was broken so it leaked all over the counter top when I made a coffee. The building itself is quite old and run down and could do with a refresh.

Chegamos em Sorrento e fomos super bem recepcionados. Ele iniciou a conversa falando sobre a cidade, pontos turísticos, dando indicaçÔes de restaurantes, passeios, alugueis e carro e moto. O apartamento tem uma localização ótima, fica a 8 minutos andando da marina, menos de 5 minutos da avenida principal de sorrento e virando a esquina tem vårios restaurantes. O quarto é grande, a cama espaçosa e confortåvel, banheiro com box, secador de cabelo e de toalha, eles disponibilizam um frigobar com refri, ågua, e tem café e croissant, tudo de graça. Eles realizam a limpeza do quarto no dia seguinte, chegamos do passeio e estava tudo arrumadinho. Com certeza ficaria novamente e indicarei a Sorrento flowers.

The staff were very helpful and the property was very clean. Unfortunately, the shower is too small and we had to be contortionists to navigate our way through a showering experience. The air conditioning did not work for three days. Reported on day one but it took a few days to be resolved, this was disappointing as it meant opening the patio door and leaving the shutters up at night which meant we could hear a lot of noise outside , overall disappointing.

So clean and the staff so friendly, on a quiet side street but walk one minute in any direction you are in Old town with great restaurants, and unbelievable shopping, we felt so relaxed and would re book in future

Given this was a room within an apartment building, minimal services offered as expected. Good home base to visit Amalfi coast and Capri. For the price it is totally worth it. Location is in middle of Sorrento , easy to walk to train and ferries. Michelle was attentive and met all our needs. Great value for price.

Poor condition of the property, The main entrance, stair access and hallways were in substandard condition and lacked maintenance. The property did not reflect the level indicated in the website. Once we were checked in, apart from cleaning staff, we never saw the manager or any other staff in attendance for the duration of our 4 night stay.

We are a family of 5 we really enjoyed our stay ĂŹn Sorrento FlĂČwer rooms, Michele was very accomodating and very helpful. They maintained the cleanliness of the place which they have daiÄșy cleaning. The place has vĂšry goo d AC. The area is quiet and nearby shops and restaurants and walkable to train and bus stations. Hope to stay there again. Well recommended place.

My husband and I work at a 5 star hotel in Vegas, we were in Sorrento for a friend's wedding and this location was central to dining, shopping, access to ferry and train (15 minute walk). The staff was genuine friendly and recommended great resturants, helped with pharmacy and hospital,a minor medical issue (rash), and made sure we had a great time. HIGHLY recommend for other visitors. We had friends staying nearby in similiar type rooms and they had horror stories. Felt safe, very clean, and made our trip a great memory.

Perfect accomodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sorrento. This accommodation was lovely and clean, had all we needed..smart TV and Aircon was a bonus. Michel was a great host and helped with all our enquiries and even arranged for a clothes iron to be sent to our room. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be back!

Excellent location

The room is very centrally located, easy to walk to all shops and attractions. Michele was extremely helpful and responsive. The room is as pictured, very quiet, and was comfortable.
