Great stay!

We had a newly renovated room that was tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the Chinese restaurant that was attached to the hotel.

It was a quick stay for our family (2 adults and 2 kids) but we found the beds to be really comfortable and the morning breakfast was excellent! The person at the front desk was really helpful and happy to provide tips and suggestions on what to do for the day we wanted to spend in Salzburg. I recommend!

Clean and friendly

Warm friendly welcome to the stay in English and daily cleaning to the room. Convenience that bus stop is opposite the hotel and 10 to 15 minutes bus journey out to old town attractions.

Perfect location for an overnight stop for our trip to Germany. Hotel staff is super friendly. The remodeled rooms are fantastic. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

Nice basic room, a little dated. Staff seemed nice. Pretty from the city and not many businesses around it. There is a bus stop right across the street however.

Newly renovated, spacious and comfortable rooms. Bus stop across the street for convenience. Easy check in process and staff was helpful in navigating public transit, points of interest. My flight was cancelled and I needed to extend unexpectedly and the last minute arrangements were so easy. Restaurant “PanAsia” was great, with friendly staff and eclectic menu. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lilienhof. The check in process after hours was easy. The location was nice and was close to a grocery store. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I think that half of the rooms right now are remodeled, and we stayed in a remodeled room. It was beautiful! The breakfast buffet was delicious. I would happily stay in this hotel again.

Staff was very friendly and kind. Traveling as a single female, I felt safe and comfortable. I had a late check-in so the staff messaged me a lock box# and code to get in the hotel. My single room also had a cute little patio. No complaints, wonderful stay.

Our night at Lilienhof

We were travelling from Berlin to Italy and chose Lilienhof as a "stop-by" hotel. The Hotel is close to the motorway (very handy given the long trip) and 4km from the Mozart's birth-place in Salzburg. Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast was very nice and satisfying. A special word abut the host, who takes good care to ensure every guest is welcome, taking pride of his job as it should be. Thank you Lilienhof, to be reconsidered if are taking the same road in the future.

We were happy to stay.

The room was large enough for my 5-person family. We arrived later than 8 pm when the reception was already closed. But they put the key outside with a secured case. We received the password by email so had no issue getting in. The hotel was nice and cosy for a short stay. I would recommend!

Large and modern room

This was a very comfortable room for our family of 4. Plenty of space as the room was huge. And both the room and bathroom have recently been remodeled, so they were modern and clean. The breakfast was quite good as well. One thing I loved about this hotel was the smell. The owner keeps a large vase of lilies in the lobby that you can smell even from the 3rd floor. Being greeted every time you leave your room by the smell of fresh flowers was a nice touch. The only missing conveniences were an in-room fridge and the front desk is only staffed certain hours of the day. When we arrived, it was closed midday, so we had to wait an hour for them to re-open. But it is clear that had we informed them we were arriving during an off time, they would have assigned us a key lockbox outside and it would not have been a problem getting into the room.
