Great Location, Clean, and Safe

I had an amazing stay! I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the property and we had a fantastic view from the window. It also felt very safe (coming from two female travellers) as there was always a security guard at the front desk. We will definitely be back!

Nice place to stay for a few nights. Allowed us to check in late at night as our flight arrived at 10pm. Room was clean, area is very safe, and the room was larger than we expected.

The stay was really nice. An amazing neighborhood, a comfortably sized room with a small but sufficient kitchen. Walking distance to Chapultec, lots of dining options. Walmart close to the hotel. I really enjoyed the stay and I’ll be happy to stay again.

The neighborhood is really easy to walk everywhere, quiet, surrounded by many parks, coffee shops, restaurants and very close to Chapultepec park, and reforma avenue. This is our fourth time we stay here as parking is also included.

We stayed here in mid November 2024 for a week. It seemed like there were minimal people staying at the hotel so it was very quiet. Although I could see it being noisy if it was full, something to keep in mind. They cleaned they room when we required it and there was always someone at the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

One of the best option in cheap rate. The size of the room is big. Staff don’t bother much. Only downside is the heating system is control centrally.

Our suite was clean and well equipped for the two nights we stayed. The beds were comfortable and our room was quiet. The location is excellent. We would stay again. Excellent value.

Great place to stay near Chapultepec. Only issue is its acoustics
 thin walls make you hear everything happening in the room next to you and sometimes in other floors. Otherwise, excellent.

Charming suites in beautiful La Condesa zone. Customer service was excellent; very clean property; clean room; clean bed, sheets and towels. Very nice skyline view of Paseo de la Reforma.

The hotel has quite a few rooms. It's well marked and the front desk host was lovely. It's wonderful to have a kitchen and cozy beds with tv in each bedroom. The shower was hot and super clean. I'm a female travelling alone and felt completely safe in the area. I will stay here again, gracias!

Stayed there basically for the beds, out and about the whole day. They have a front desk with very nice people and 24hrs security (we had 2 motorcycles which we were able to keep in the garage, very convenient!). Walk to everything, great location.

Good value, commensurate to price. A bit outdated but very clean and in good area. You feel safe with aroung the clock security and area is very walkable. Restaurants and bars a short walk away. The enclosed parking was a great perk for me as a I rented a car to sightsee. Not the most comfortable bed.

Spacious , clean in a nice part of Condessa easily accessible to most anything. Only issue was on first morning had to take a cold shower because the handles weren’t labeled, you only needed a VERY small amount of cold water and it took about 10 min to warm up because we were on the 4th floor. After figure out the shower situation the rest of the stay was excellent.
