Felt like I was living in my dream flat.

Beautiful room with tons of natural light that feels more like your own flat than a hotel room. Functional kitchen, washer/drier in room (which we struggled with but I think it was more user error, drier took FOREVER to dry clothes), and the even included some amazing snacks, water, and tea for our stay. Very comfortable, tons of modern touches. Great walkable location close to the underground, tons of restaurants, i could go on and on. Perfect home for our week in London.

The environment and comfort the hotel is better than what I expected. The traffic is very convenient to go to the hot places by walk, bus or metro. The area is safe and quiet, and the room is spacious. The service is no doubt very good.

Was there for business and lesuire with a 10 month old. The rooms were equipped for anything you need. The hotel is conveniently located to the underground (10 min walk), Exmouth market, grocery stores and parks.

Location was perfect for our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a nice change from staying in a hotel even though we didn't get to use it. Staff were great specially Kevin who was always wonderful and very helpful.

Nice hotel in a quiet area

Great hotel, room was spacious and staff very friendly and helpful. The appliance in the room are all in good working order, except that the washer dryer has a very peculiar feature where the door could not be opened until the machine has cooled down. Otherwise, all good! Great staff, especially Maria who helped me open the door of the washer dryer on the day I was checking out. Thanks so much Maria!!

Firstly, I would like to say I’ll never stay at this property every again. It was one of my worst ever experiences staying at this apartment. On arrival the staff was extremely rude to me, abrupt and unhelpful. The room was not ready, I booked the best room in the apartment and they did not have the single bed set up when I got there. I stayed there with myself and two other guests and they only had two towels in the room. When I asked for extra towels they said they don’t provide extra towels, it’s an apartment and I should have brought my own towels. Additionally, they only gave me one toilet roll and when I asked for more they told me they do not provide extra toilet rolls I should have brought my own because it’s an apartment. Later, on the Saturday I asked for them to print out my tickets for an event & they said they have no paper and do not print for anyone under any circumstances. I’m extremely disappointed as I paid a lot of money for this room and could have definitely had a better experience again. I’m not going to be booking to stay at this apartment/hotel ever again. I wish I never stayed here and I would love to get a refund.

I had a few issues with the property regarding the street noise, air conditioning and air in the water pipes, which created a lot of banging noise. However, the friendliness of the staff (especially Maria, who was apologetic and accommodating) made it bearable and I may give this property another chance in the future.

We've had several lengthy stays in different parts of London, and now we're great fans of the Clerkenwell area. Great location for exploring the central city, on a good bus line, and within a 10 minute walk to several tube stops. Being the home of many architectural firms, there are a great number of interesting eateries, and several grocery stores nearby. At lunch time Tuesdays through Fridays in Exmouth Market (1 block away) there is a food tent operation run by several different restaurants that is great! Our Supercity Rosebery room was light-filled and had everything we needed to cook, make coffee and store our groceries and eatery leftovers, and has an attentive, pleasant and trained staff. There is an equipped gym, and the area is great for runners and walkers.

Reception needs work but comfortable stay

The check-in process was not particularly warm nor welcoming . Though I booked with Hotels.com, all details had to be re-entered on an iPad when I checked in, including PII information. There was no acknowledgement or explanation given by reception staff, who seemed new and unable to explain. When additional towels were requested, the night receptionist said he did not have access to housekeeping and to come back the next morning. When we came back the next morning, we were told it cost 2 pounds per towel. When I raised these issues through the hotel's direct survey, Management's response was swift and appropriate, which we appreciated. The rooms were bit smaller and did not receive as much light as indicated in the photos. But clean, comfortable and equipped with basic items (dishwashing fluid, washer tablets, etc) which was much appreciated. The surrounding area was very quiet; easy access to bus and Tube stations.

Lots to say. Unfortunately my long stay ended on a bitter note because they - and Expedia - won’t reimburse me for my last night which I’d canceled through Expedia but didn’t know I also had to tell them too. There were also room issues such as the bath/shower being slippery, hard to get into, and lacking a handrail. The washer/dryer is one unit (combined operation) and it took an hour to get the clothes even partially dry. The bedding was too hot and there was no alternative to the overly heavy blanket. The rooms are attractive though, and very clean. I’m so frustrated over their intransigence about my canceling the last night of a 6-night stay. The issues with the room wouldn’t be so annoying if they hadn’t handled my situation so unfairly.
