Property was nice, quiet and clean. Only thing I wish (and I say this anywhere I stay) is that there was a broom&dustpan and a vacuum to use to clean up our messes here and there.

Upon arrival we entered and settled open the cabinet and giant flying roaches and went to the outside porch which wasn't covered it was full of flies and the racoons come all the way up to you and try to get into your villa if your not quick. Other than that the stay was pleasant

Unit was very spacious. Had everything we needed for extended stay. Amenities were great. My only complaint is that my teenage children were not allowed to join me in the fitness center even though they were accompanied by myself.

This is our second time staying at the regal palms and I’m sure there will be a third. The pool area is beautiful and has a restaurant and bar on site. My only complaint is this visit we stayed in a villa that was a little far from the pool and we had to drive but otherwise everything was great. There are many shopping options with a few minute drive. Checkin was really easy and fast.

Mini vacation with the fam.

This was a very good vacation with the family I rented the place last minute oh boy and I don’t regretted it was more beautiful and better than the pictures. The staff the place. Everything was great my kids loved it and I did. Returning back again for more days. It was 3 day stay.

The unit we got was very clean and perfect for our family. Publix is within walking distance. I loved having the convenience of having a washer and dryer. The pool, lazy river and hot tub was great. There was a rocking St Patty’s day karaoke party going on on Friday night. Great atmosphere and highly recommend. Disney is about 40 min away along with the outlets. But for the price and space you can’t go wrong. I would definitely come back.

Family trip

The stay exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious and the area is great! Shopping nearby. The only downfall is that I didn't experience the pool this time. This makes the third time staying here and it never disappoints each time! I will be returning!

Large condo with lots of space. The wifi was very good and each room had a tv with plenty of channels. Clean, safe place inside a gated community with regular garbage pickup.

We stayed in a 4 bedroom townhouse that had plenty of bathrooms and space for our party of 7. It's in a gated community that is very family friendly but also quiet. It's far enough away from the parks that you dont have to deal with the traffic headache of being so close to the theme parks but it was still only a 20 minute drive during the Christmas and New Year Holiday week.

The town home we stayed in was nice but it wasn't that clean and they had the air conditioner locked so it stayed on 75 to hot in the home the downstairs was way to hot and thank god i brought my own fan helped out flys everywhere the stove was broken the town homes number was 3040 beside that the water park and the the restaurant and the bar was fantastic everyone was so nice
