Perfect apartment, just book it !

Simply one of the best places I've ever stayed at. The apartment was huge, great value for money, and the bedroom had no ceiling, so we could look up at the beams on the roof... the place was full of character, small private balcony, kitchen area, great communication from the staff.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Centrally located, easy check-in process and great size for 3 - 4 people. Well maintained and clean. Would certainly go back again. While there, I'd recommend 100 Culpa for breakfast/brunch. The food was delicious and only a 10 minute walk away.

This is a good place in Porto due to the location and access to the Trindade metro station. Amenities are abundant, whether historic sites, grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. The communication between the girls at the Spot office was excellent, we didn’t have any problem with a later check due to the office being closed. I would recommend if you want an apartment in a central part of the city.

Love this accommodation, everything from dishes to beddings are very clean and there are local restaurants and big supermarket nearby. The only downsides are there’s no lift for the building and there’s no wishing machine in the apartment. Will definitely come back!

The location is perfect, right next to Aliados station and city hall. Quiet at night and decent amount of foot traffic during the day. Recommend for people who love to stay close to city center. Would be nicer if the windows were easier to open and have stable electricity (out of power twice while we stayed for 4 days)

The large bright windows were great. The apartment was very comfortable, the bed was comfortable and the location made it easy to get to places walking and yet was not in a noisy end of town. The grocery store up the block was super. The correspondence for our check in was very good. We were very happy with our stay in this apartment in Porto.

The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and big. The location is great, we could walk most places or use the metro which was really close. Excellent communication from the hosts. It is noisy at night though, the bin men and people in general.

Great place in an excellent location! The sofa bed was a bit narrow maybe and take some earplugs to avoid being woken up by the bin men early in the morning. Other than that. Clean, good communication, all that you need and you really couldn't be in a better location.

It was very near Trinidad metro so easy to get to. The Spot office also nearby. Good to leave bags there on our last day. We checked in online and got the keys from the key safe. Our apartment was very nice, spacious and clean, with a nice seating area out outside at the back. it is up a study incline from the river, perhaps 15 or 20 minutes. we did walk to visit sites in the old town because there isn’t really any suitable public transport, and the roads are pretty gridlocked.

The property and people were lovely, however we were unaware that there were 2 sets of stairs that we had to haul our luggage up. There was no elevator. The other complaint would be the street noise all night long coupled with garbage trucks every night. It was extremely loud. The property was clean and we really enjoyed the apartment.

The apartment is within walking distance of many tourist attractions. There is a great marketplace within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is on the corner of a busy intersection, so it gets noisy. It's on the third floor, and there is no elevator. When you enter, the stairs are very narrow and steep. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. A washing machine would have been very useful. I loved the location and the decor but I'd have appreciated an elevator.
