The location is the best part with this studio/hotel. So close to the ocean and a pool for the kids who find the salty water to salty. Public parking close @ alison park and indian creek drive (much cheaper than the hotels paringspots). If you plan to have quality time in your apartment, then you might get disappointed. Because its a plain room with no extra (ok maby the ocean view counts as extra)

REVIEW: 1 star – I would give ZERO if I could. I stayed here from July 25th to July 28th, and this was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was DISGUSTING. It smelled like urine the moment I walked in. There were BLOODSTAINS on the bed, hair inside the freezer, the bathroom was clearly not cleaned, and the towels were dirty. The entire place looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks — maybe months. Absolutely unacceptable. I contacted the front desk, and they were completely useless, showing zero interest in helping. The so-called “owner” of the apartment never returned my calls and clearly didn’t care about the situation. It got so bad that Expedia themselves told me to check out early and request a refund. I followed their instructions, only to end up with nothing. I lost money, dealt with a huge amount of stress, and had to find another place to stay last minute during my trip. Expedia didn’t even bother to offer me a gift card or any sort of compensation. To make it even worse, at the moment of check-out, I saw at least two other families complaining about the exact same issues — dirt, filth, horrible smell — and no action was being taken. This isn’t an isolated problem. This place is just gross and badly managed. Their customer service is an absolute joke. Sure, they pick up the phone, but that’s about it. No real action was taken. I was left stranded in a situation that should’ve never happened in the first place — the room was nowhere near

I get to the hotel and i needed access code, host sent me nothing and stayed stranded the night since host never answered the phone. Need full refund.

Don’t stay here!

I knew in booking this was budget. The lobby was dated but fine. The room itself was average. There was a puddle on the floor from the leaking freezer/fridge. There was mold or something on the tiles. The bathroom fan that would not shut off and was so loud we could not sleep. For fun we tested it and it was 75 dB. The toilet also ran adding to the noise level. Maintenance did come and try to fix it, but it did not help. The owner of this studio said it was not his/her fault that was work being done on the neighbor unit. “It was not their problem.” It was so gross, we were unable to sleep so we checked out and went to an awesome hotel down the street. The view was of a dirty rooftop of a next The view was of a dirty rooftop of a next-door hotel. Super disappointing. I would not stay here.

The hotel was very dirty, the room was extremely dirty I never took off my shoes because the floor was disgusting. Mirror wasn't cleaned and dirt on door and walls. The AC was not working most of the week. No clean towels. The front desk was for parking payment only. No one to connect with regarding all the issues! The description said beach front studio but we had a view of a parking lot. Very disappointed with Expedia! And I thought I was going to get a partial credit but that hasn't happened.

I went to Casa Blanca to celebrate my daughter’s 10 birthday. The pics online is nothing how the place looks like. My room was old with old furniture. The bathroom’s roof needs to be fixed, we almost got stuck in the elevator. I like the area, great options to eat. The pool was great and the accessibility to the beach. However, I’ll not choose this place next time.

It's not what you think it is and lower your expec

The photo posted in this website doesn't match with the actual room. So if you are considering this place, please take in consideration to lower your expectation. The property is posted in Hotels.com but the owner says that it's a apartment within a hotel (?), which they won't replace your towels during the stay neither they will give extra soap and shampoo.

Was not clean and not what was posted

The unit was dirty, cofee machine and toaster showed long time dust sticked to them. Cutlery had chunks of old food. We needed to clean everything as soon as we arrived. We rented it for 4 people though there where only 2 glasses, 2 beach towels, 2 big shower towels, 2 medium and 2 hand towels. Teflon on pans was distroyed as if it has been in use for years. In the posted picks the unit was supposed yo have an excelent view, whem we arrived we saw you do see the sea of you get close to the window and look yo your left. Otherwise you see a huge never maintained terrace and all the rest of the units looki g at you through the window.

Did you get what you pay for?

Well, what can I say the reviews are correct. I was searching for an off the property that wasn't going to break the bank. This is not a hotel these are rented apartments and condos. With that being said, it depends on the tenant who owns the room, you will be staying that is going to give you a great room or bad room. There was roaches I had to buy raid to keep them at bay. When contacting the owner he would not reply but he did send someone from the building to come "check" out the situation. Not sure what that was going to do. The cherry on top was when I initially got there the first thing the young lady at the front desk told me was we have an issue because the tenant has not paid there dues, so we're not sure if you can come in. That just shows the level of unprofessionalism from the establishment itself. I shouldn't have to be let known of any of those things that are not in my power, and have nothing to do with me.
