Simple place that has all I wanted. Only thing is that there were some missing kitchenette but you can ask the reception for those missing items. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Will definitely come here again if I need a place to stay

Really clean building, you may have to check in/out at the adjacent hotel H2, as the service desk here is rarely manned, but other than that this is a superb accommodation. Parking below, all access via card key.

The rooms are great with a nice bistro below but this is not a good area to experience Munich. It is an area of busy roads, large office buildings and zero soul. Not a bar or nice restaurant in sight â˜č

The only possible complaint I can think of is that the bed was slightly stiff for my liking. Everything else was wonderful. Staff were all helpful and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Very nice place to stay.

Uncomfortable bed ,one pillow and tried to get the room cleaned up for 2 days and they never did, stayed 6 days they never refilled the coffee pods nor the towels,

Not a bad place for a short stay

Nice, modern, new, clean studio with fully equipped kitchen. Quiet, close to the metro station on U3. Fast internet. The studio apartment is small in size but is good for one night.

Won’t stay again.

Room smelt of old cooked food, had to go down to reception 4 times to see about getting a hairdryer. Firstly they denied having one at all and then eventually managed to produce one but wanted to charge me €20 CASH for it. I did not have cash so again, eventually, they let me pay by card but as they don’t just hold it, they actually charge it, then I was still left with the non-sterling fees! Unbelievable for a hotel not to have hairdryers in the rooms, shampoo, shower gel, or conditioner!

The reception is in the hotel next door The card didn’t work The receptionist gave me another room as the room the main reception have me was occupied The room is nice Tho it does not have a DOUBLE BED as advertised large single . I spoke to Hotels.com about this The staff .. non existent .. Outside in the big courtyard is shared with the hotel next door same company and student accommodation Can be noisey . The area is boring nothingness

 the u bahn is right outside almost part of the hotel one entrance . They should have better and more towels and English language tv channels It was ok but wouldn’t stay again

Very nice an lad very convenient for the Olympic Park. Booked for two night ls to see Springsteen at the Olympic Stadium. Easy to find just use exit D of the Oberweisenfeld U Bahn station and the apartment’s are just behind their sister hotel in front of you. Checked in at the actual hotel, given a key card, went up to my apartment on the 7th floor. The whole complex was spotlessly clean, very modern and quite impressive. The apartment itself has a sink, hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. It also had a full range of cutlery and tableware. A double bed, TV, Room specific router and wifi. Aircon and I believe heated floors in the bathroom (didn’t use either and there was a nice breeze through the large door like windows and it was July). A nice rain shower and standard shower in the bathroom. Breakfast is available in the hotel for €10, but didn’t try it. Minor points I think I got a single duvet for the double bed, not a problem just never had it before. The towels in the bathroom could have been a little bigger/better quality. I did look where the nearest supermarket was and the nearest Netto seemed a decent walk away. All very minor. 15 minutes walk to the Olympic Stadium. Cross the dual carriageway, take the little road to your left, take the public footpath on your right, turn right, turn left onto the next path and keep walking. Would definitely consider again if I’m back in Munich.

super sauberes Zimmer, bequemes und grĂ¶ĂŸeres Einzel Bett, mechanische Jalousien, renoviertes Bad mit regendusche chill area im Erdgeschoss - die ganze Nacht lief der Abzug im bad und ich hatte keine Ahnung, wie man das ausschaltet. - wieso der Check in eine 10/10 hat verstehe ich nicht. Ich musste einen Telefon Hörer abnehmen und 1-2 Minuten warten bis jemand dran ging nur um mir zu sagen dass der Check in im hotel neben an ist. Ich finde das sehr umstĂ€ndlich. es gab im Zimmer keinen Haartrockner und kein Duschgel, was meiner Meinung nach das Minimum ist, was ich an einer Unterkunft erwarte. Föhn ok, gibts öfter mal, dass sowas an der Rezeption nachgefordert werden muss, aber Duschgel??? Ich hab mich halt mit der Handseife gewaschen
 Rezeption wie gesagt im Hotel nebenan. Super freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber alle meine WĂŒnsche wollte ich nicht Ă€ußern, weil ich den Aufwand fĂŒr die Angestellten als zu umstĂ€ndlich empfinde. Die mĂŒssen ja 300m um die Ecke laufen, um mir was zu bringen. Das ist mir unangenehm. - Es gibt in Der Umgebung, keine GeschĂ€fte. Dem wurde versucht entgegenzuwirken, indem ein Snackautomat aufstellt, wurde, der zur HĂ€lfte leer war und keinerlei GetrĂ€nke enthielt.

Good place. Restaurant on site great as well. One lady at the front desk was really nice. Thank you. I did not get her name. Delivery of mail was great as well. Convenient PACKSTATION right in front of the properties and apartments. Side walk and nearby places are good. Laundry on site is clean. Gas station on the corner has plenty of groceries and items to stock the apartment. Anything else. Cleaning crew obedient and here when they are needed. I recommend using their gloves when cleaning the bathroom. Once or twice a week for cleaning is good for the whole apartment except for the kitchen.
