Great little gem

The shuttle service to and from the airport was amazing. Our room had a nice view onto the beach. Would stay here again.

Really nice, family run motel

From the courtesy pickup at the airport, to help with my lost phone (dropped-and found-in the van), we had a very pleasant stay at this family run motel just a couple minutes away from downtown Sitka. While amenities were sparse, everything needed was there and it was clean and comfortable. A short walk to the Raptor Center, too.

The staff is very accommodating. Bear spray can be borrowed for excursions out into bear territory. "Breakfast" is self-serve and available 24/7 with a wide selection of quick grab items, including bagels and cream cheese, donuts, pastries, bread, cereal, coffee, and juices. Laundry is available 24/7 with no additional charge. The staff will do pick-up/drop-off service to/from the airport with schedule. The bed was incredibly soft and clean. A great place to stay in Sitka.

From talking over the phone was very pleasant, i was stuck in Seattle Washington. Due to Alaska Airlines outage, so i never had a change to visit the hotel. Overall i give em 10 for trying to meet me when transportation was after 10:30pm.

Cozy and likeable Inn. Well kept in an older style building. Inn had a nice charm in a small town. I would highly recommend and return to Eagle Bay Inn.

Welcoming and well run

The manager of the hotel is a very kind and makes you feel welcome in Sitka. The hotel is kept well and everything seemed clean and in order. Hope to stay there again.

The property had recently been refurbished. The rooms were clean and provided good facilities re communication and use of electronic devices. On tap tea, coffee and cold drinks in reception. Also bagels, muffins, porridge and fruit for breakfast. A bit out of town but the property will provide airport transfer. The Totem national park is across the road. It is a 15 min walk into town. The building is not very attractive

The staff was awesome, very welcoming. They let us check out late and lent us bear spray for a hike we wanted to do. Would definitely go back!
