We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The apartment is clean and has all the essentials. The WiFi worked well, AC as well which kept the rooms cool. The location was fantastic, an unbeatable view and walking distance to Gaia and lots of shopping and amazing restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely come back to stay here again. Service and responsiveness of the staff was excellent as well. Thank you for an amazing stay in Porto!

We booked for 3 people, with 2 in the bedroom and 1 on a small fold out couch. We were in the ground floor unit which only had one back window. The unit was 10 feet wide and rather tight -- probably okay for a couple but not three. The biggest problem was noise from the above unit. Running feet and voices, making for a restless night. We decided to leave a day early. But the location was right on the water.

Anibal, Pedro, Hugo, and Beatriz are very cordial, responsive, and caring. 6 out of 5 stars for them! Very clean and excellent views upstairs apartments. No view downstairs apartment but quiet considering it is right on the river’s edge. The minute you open the front door you’re looking at the Duoro and Gaia Port Quintas Obrigado!

Great location, spacious, well appointed, good value and fantastic views from outside the front door. The only issue is the address is not recognised in the Uber app (because it is not a street/lane that vehicles can use). A drop off address for the Uber/taxi would be helpful in addition to the photos of the location supplied.

The place was awesome, with views of the river. Our apartment had two levels, balconies were nice. Just keep in mind that this building does not have elevators so It was a bit of a pain to drag the suitcases up and down.

A magical stay! Right in the heart of Porto’s vibrant Ribeira district, and close to all the sights. The property managers communicated with me the whole time to ensure we had a great stay. It’s an apartment and it was initially confusing to find given we had never been to Porto, but the managers were messaging with me and had someone meet us to show us how to find and enter the space. The apartment itself was beautiful, even better than we expected. The view from the balconies is million dollar! We enjoyed our time there and the managers messaged us a few times to check in and give us recommendations in town. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Porto.

Great location, some issues.

Excellent location. So pretty and a beautiful view of the river, close to all the things. Property was clean. Hot water in shower was minimal and struggled to keep up with family of 3. Sound proofing was lacking and had to ask the family above us to stop letting kids run back and forth because it was loud at 10pm. Porto had a lot of rain and there was water leaking through a cabinet. They responded immediately via text but we don't know if it was actually addressed. Two ductless mini splits for heat and AC but ours didn't appear to work. All though we had some issues, we would stay there again. The location can't be beat.

We had a fantastic stay at YOUROPO Ribeira. The location is very convenient, right on the river with amazing views of Ribeira, Gaia and the river. You can experience the hustle and bustle of the riverfront right from your balcony. Transportation options are also nearby with tram, bus, metro and Sao Bento train station all within quick walking distance. The apartment is absolutely wonderful with all the amenities that are required. The best part is the customer service. They are simply awesome. They provided clear check-in and check-out instructions and were very prompt with responses both before and during our stay. They periodically checked with us via WhatsApp just to see if everything is okay and if we need any help. I cannot praise the customer service experience enough. They are truly wonderful and really cared. Thanks to Joao, Carlos, Luis, Diogo, Paulo, and Ana for excellent service experience. We had a fantastic 4-night stay at the apartment and returning home with fond memories of Porto. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have great time in Porto. It’s suitable for all especially couples and families with kids as it has amazing views and ample space. If I can give more than 5-star rating I would do it in a heartbeat (I have travelled around the world and would rate this customer service experience as one of the best I have experienced).
