Rökfria Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa Villas Àr en semesterbostad med ett fullstÀndigt spa, en bubbelpool och massage- och behandlingsrum. Parkering ingÄr. GÀster fÄr Àven tillgÄng till bekvÀmligheter som hjÀlp med bokning av biljetter och guidade turer och en trÀdgÄrd. Alla 14 individuellt inredda semesterbostÀder har gratis wi-fi och minibarer. Samtliga kök har kylskÄp och ugn, och gÀster fÄr dessutom lyxiga bekvÀmligheter som privata bubbelpooler inomhus och eldstÀder.
Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa Villas erbjuder 14 rum med privat bubbelpool inomhus och eldstad. Rummen har inredda balkonger. Dessa individuellt inredda rum har separat sittutrymme. SÀngarna har egyptiska bomullslakan och sÀngtillbehör av högsta kvalitet. Platt-tv finns pÄ rummen. Kök har kylskÄp, spishÀll, mikrovÄgsugn och grytor/köksredskap. Beautifully appointed accommodation. Loved the open flow from bathroom, bedroom, living to balcony. Very peaceful. Would be so cosy in colder weather to be able to use the fire. Loved our stay!

Our villa was perfect for the three nights we stayed in Hepburn. It was in a great location for walking to the mineral spas, day spa and the brewery. Very nice and quiet and very clean. We had no faults what so ever. Would highly recommend.

The architectural designed villa was well thought out and exceptional. Great 3 night stay. Explored Hepburn Springs, had a spa day which totally relaxed me. Would highly recommend this accommodation and spa facility. Great dining options nearby but you could easily self cater as the kitchen is fully equipped. A thoughtful hamper was waiting for us with great local produce. Toiletry products provided were lovely and the in room spa Bath was amazing. Planning my next trip down. Would visit all year round.

The layout in a linear condo style made it spacious with all you’d need with kitchen, bed area and bathroom spa. Bed was big an comfortable with a gas log fire that kept the place very warm. Good location near spa centre but private. A short drive into Daylesford. Could do with some good ground coffee and plunger or capsule. Otherwise great

A Luxurious Retreat in the Heart of Nature – 5 Sta

Our stay at Hepburn Escape Villa was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and completely at ease. The villa is beautifully designed — sleek, modern, and immaculately clean. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the spa bath was a luxurious bonus, especially after a day of exploring the local area. I loved the gas log fireplace, which made the space feel warm and cozy, and the private balcony overlooking the trees offered the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, but we also appreciated being so close to great restaurants in Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. The best part was being just a short walk to the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa. The peaceful surroundings and direct access to nature trails made this the ideal wellness escape. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, or just a chance to unwind in beautiful surroundings, I can’t recommend Hepburn Escape Villa enough. We’re already planning our next visit!

It wad nice but extremely boring. Told them we stayed for a anniversary and nothing wasprovided like it has been at other places. A massive spa bath, no bath salts or soap for the bath at all. Only 1 bottle of water wad provided as a gesture. All that money paif not really worth it. .

Do not stay at this place 
 for the money you pay .., per night 

 it was dirty 
 stains on the carpet, curtains, furniture, the tiles were filthy and the customer service 
 the little there was of it .., was disinterested, unhelpful, and when the smoke detector in our room kept whistling.. they basically told us to fix 
 and I should have realized what kind of place it was 
 when we booked the penthouse for the 2 nights ( and fully paid for it) 
.. a couple of days before we were due to stay I get a phone call saying they have to put us in 2 rooms instead ( which were right on the car park noisey and lights flashing in our rooms) because they were doing maintenance on the penthouse 
 ok 
 things happen 
. and the first night we were there 
 there were people staying in the penthouse.., it was such a let down 
 it was meant to be this amazing country long weekend get away (which you pay a ridiculous amount of money for) 
, wrong 
 and then they wanted us to pay bond for both rooms 
.which we refused because we were meant to be staying in the penthouse
 (two rooms together ) 
 and we were not advised of a bond at all to begin with 
 do we ended up just paying for one (after a very long “discuss” with a women who really should never be allowed to do “customer” service 
.

Wonderful stay, beautifully serene, knowledgeable staff, clear communication. The facilities are showing a bit of wear, and is becoming a bit dated - fixtures in the room are worn, doorhandles askew, spa bath water mixer was loose, jet on bath was worn and shot out once jets were switched on.

This property is beautiful to look at the features are lovely. I was disappointed in the condition of the room broken blind, broken towel rail and spa tap. Not cleaned effectively cobwebs and dust filled room. It is in a nice area and quiet but unfortunately the cleaners hired do not complete a proper clean.
