A beautiful quiet secluded boutique hotel. Stunning setting on the side of a hill. Gorgeous pool and lovely warm jacuzzi, superb food, great spa. Staff friendly and helpful and drivers available to take you on personalised tours.

The property is by a water stream and felt like one with nature to hear the nature sounds. The staff at the hotel burn mosquito coils, felt safe. Thank you Putu for great yoga class!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very nice and professional. It was nearby attractions in Ubud but far enough away from the hustle of the city center. We enjoyed the food, drinks, pool area and even the small fitness center. I would recommend this boutique hotel

Best hotel we stayed in Bali

Best hotel we stayed in Bali. Amazing villas with exceptional and really friendly service. The restaurant is great too. We had dinner in the Japanese cuisine restaurant and tried an amazing selection of Sashimis. The SPA was also great. Location is a bit far from Ubud center but really close to water temple. I recommend staying here in a heartbeat.

Most peaceful and comfortable resort

Eventhough the location was kinda far and independent, the mood of resort was so comfy and peaceful. And Every facilities like pool, morning yoga, underground bar was so nice. One of the most memorable moments was at the underground bar. Live music with good voice singer. So nice.

The hotel and staff were brilliant and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and having an in house transport offering was brilliant to be able to explore safely with no hassle in finding taxi’s to bring you back. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

A little getaway

Great experience- especially the complimentary yoga with Putu made my day start right! I had some issues with cleaning and something wrong with the ac, however the team were happy to quickly respond and resolve it. Nothing major and everything else like food, comfort and amenities was perfect. Overall super delightful stay and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Perfect and amazing 3 days

It is everything I wanted. I wanted a private pool, but not surrounded by concrete walls. The private pool is open to the forest but very private. The staff are angels working hard to make guests feel welcomed and happy. The cleanness, the food, the drinks, the tranquility, even the weather, the driver Made (Pronounced Maddi) who took us for 2 days on tour, and drove us to the airport
everything and everyone was 200% perfect. The only thing that people should be aware of, the toilet seat is higher than usual. Mosquitoes and insects are everywhere (like any tropical area), so bring repellent.

Disappointing despite the stunning location

Despite the stunning location this was not the 5 star experience we were expecting. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful and some basics were missing. We didn’t even have a bedside light and had to get out of bed to turn the lights off! No luggage rack either, we were asked to keep our suitcase in the floor! The bathroom vanity had neither lights nor shaving mirror with a really basic hair dryer. But the view from the terrace was incredible. The food in the restaurant was also not good
 we ate there once after arriving because we were so tired but never again.

Let me first start by saying I am hard pressed about giving this place a good review because I really wanted, however I have to give it an honest rating as do all the places I visit. I just want others to be made aware. The property looks great on photos and paper; however, the pools were dirty, the room smelled of mold and musk, there was loud Indian music in our hallway until 11pm, TV options were limited, shower and tap water smelled of raw sewage, the toilet was open glass top to bottom so no privacy from anyone in the room and there was a light on outside the bathroom window which was on all night and could not be shut off from out suite and lit up the room all night as there were no bathroom doors. We paid 2 nights, non-refundable room and left after one and went to another location. The place is clearly outdated and will most likely fizzle out unfortunately. It does have a lot of potential but will need some love and attention. Before Covid or 2020 this place was happening by the sounds of it but since after its shifted. The staff were amazing and accommodating and if it was not for their kindness and hospitality we would have left as soon as we arrived. I hate being that guy to give poor reviews however ... no surprises coming from my review.
