hallways were hot as a furnace, no windows, no ventilation due to poor design. my room being on top floor, was a real sauna. Also description was far from accurate: mini bar was described as a full size fridge, Tiny studio was described as spacious studio! customer service was,excellent: tete a tete, Egle was amazing!

I was there for a week. I felt at home immediately. I wish it were. Everything is close by. Telliskivi with the food, art, music and close to the Old Town. I especially appreciated the efforts that went into making it environmentally and socially positive.

Quality studio flat in Telliskivi

Really nice and comfortable hotel in the heart of Telliskivi/Kalamaja. Nicely decorated studio flat. Easy access to cafes and restaurants in the area, walking distance to Baltijaam marketplace and Old Town, as well as if you want to see areas like Kopli, Volta, Nobblessner/Pohjala etc. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay with kids

Lovely apartment with everything we needed and some extra. Kids (4 & 10years) loved it and asked if we could move there :) Peaceful location just next to Telliskivi. Breakfast in Reval Cafe was excellent with a small play area for the kids. I loved the easy communication on WhatsApp and online registration

We stayed for 4 nights it is about 10 walk to old town and town center. We had a studio appointment it was ok. The bathroom cabinet is restricting the use of the sink. It may be better if replaced with a mirror on the wall with a shelf next to it. Thanks we will be using BOB W in the future in other places as we travel.

Without any reception or staff around it sometimes feels a bit like a ghost house. It's nice that it's generally a quiet area (when the construction work at the neighbour is not ongoing) but with the no-staff concept it becomes VERY quiet and some might feel unpleasant or even unsafe. I missed being able to get something to drink or a snack especially with no 24h store nearby. The fridge added to the bit of scary feeling, it was only after 2 days I realised the scary human sounding moaning sounds was actually the fridge :-D Very happy with the room itself with lots of space. And very happy to get moved to 4th floor instead of the semi depressing view to parking lot on the 1st floor.

A bit disappointing..

Bob w is a high end elevated apartment hotel stay with a few severely lacking areas. While the apartments are modern, large and generally clean. Some areas of cleaning were really bad. I found bugs in two rooms I slept in. Not bedbugs, but nonetheless, it gave me anxiety about what they were. But much more disruptive and I cannot stress this enough, the noise insulation is not suitable. You can hear every footstep from neighbours on your own floor even from across the hall, which is a bit of a disaster in my opinion. I did not get good sleep many nights here. The experience otherwise was mostly positive. There are amenities and gym membership and the location was great The staff are very nice, though it feels disconnected in that I had a very good experience with Merlyn, who came over in person to solve a problem but over WhatsApp the team were so nice and tried to offer solutions but no one could... For example... Ask the neighbours to be quiet because they were building residents. I was upgraded to a better suite due to the issues but this ended up biting me in the ass due to the loudness of neighbours. The air conditioning wasn't as advertised, and even though there was cute touches all over, some aspects didn't work like the SNES. In all I really wanted to enjoy this experience. I can sense the passion from the staff but it doesn't cut it when noise problems and other issues I feel just were only half addressed. They did offer to move me again to their credit.

I really enjoyed sleeping with Bob. Theo had thought of cool little details that enhanced the stay. If you are going to Tallinn, stay at Bob in the Telliskivi area. You will not regret it.

Home from home in Tallinn

An amazing stay from the welcome note and ground coffee on arrival to the excellent amenities in the apartment and extra touches like the Bob W tote bag and local gym use. The apartment was in immaculate condition, very comfortable and honestly one of of the best places I've stayed anywhere. Completely walkable to the city centre and located in a cool, creative area of Tallinn with plenty of restaurants, cafes and art galleries. Loved everything about my stay at Bob W and would highly recommend.
