A comfortable stay!

We had a great stay at this accommodation, which is perfectly situated in the heart of Marrakech's old town, just a short walk from Le Jardin Secret. While the photos made it look a bit more polished than it actually is, the space was very clean, functional, and comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a good experience!

Nothing special, a place to sleep.

An average experience, nothing like the Google or Hotels.com rating would let you expect. The riad is closer to a rustic hostel than a boutique hotel. No service in English, hard to find.

Amazing customer service. Beautiful Riad.

Incredible customer service and authentic riad beautifully cared for. My room was very cold (in Jan) so I messaged the owner. Within literally a minute I had an extra heater arrive at my room and help with the radiator. Lovely terrace and very easy to find from the souks.

Traditional Riad in a Good location

Room was very large and comfortable. Hotel Location was very difficult to find but once found it is in a very central location. Wifi was good. Roof terrace very quiet. Overall very happy with the hotel.

The property was nice and private. However, for the room that I reserved and paid for since the beginning of my stayed, got it 2 days later. There are no help with the luggages since it is hard to find the hotel. Otherwise did enjoyed my trip at Marrakesh.

We stayed in two different riad in Morocco. I cannot believe the difference. Frankly this one was disappointing. While everything was average, I would not return knowing there are much much better riads in the city. The host seemed to be bothered when we asked questions and the shower was either too hot or Luke warm. I recommend you find a better choice than this.

It could have been better

First Positive , the staff are welcoming . It in the heart of the action near everything and easy to access activities and museums from there . However the pictures are a lie, cleanliness of this place is 0, I know the Moroccan dust is intense but they did not mop anything . And the towels were just re folded even when there were used to step on so at least our precautions of taking our own towels was useful. The bathroom mats were not changed and smelled wet/damp. The sinks don’t drain well , the faucet almost comes off the sink and the toilet bowl threatens to come off the floor when sitting on it . The confusion on the hot and cold on the first shower was jarring. When we went to the roof top the chairs and the beds were not clean at all. The cushions on the bed questionable at least the bedding seemed ok from our checking. The heater can not be plugged in on the socket that it’s supposed to. The wall paint pealing off in spots. Honestly it could do better . A little guide on how to get there would have been great could have saved us a coin. Would not recommend

La llegada super complicada ya que la ubicaciĂłn de Google Maps es otra y el Riad se encuentra en un callejĂłn. Al contactar por WhatsApp a nuestro anfitriĂłn le preguntĂ© si habĂ­a instrucciones especiales para hacerlo o con Google Maps era suficiente a lo que simplemente me dejĂł en visto y no respondiĂł. De no ser por una persona q se ofreciĂł a guiarnos despuĂ©s de una hora perdidos jamĂĄs hubiĂ©ramos llegado. La habitaciĂłn es muy linda pero le falta limpieza y mantenimiento. El lavabo del baño escurrĂ­a agua todo el tiempo por lo q no podrĂ­a dejar nada cerca ya q se mojaba. Los armarios estaban llenos de polvo y telarañas. El primer dĂ­a no limpiaron nuestra habitaciĂłn. Al segundo dĂ­a pedĂ­ al encargado que por favor no omitieran la limpieza ya q el dĂ­a anterior no la hicieron y me comentĂł que yo debĂ­a solicitarla cosa q nunca se nos informĂł. Luego cuando por fin pasaron a limpiar solo tendieron la cama, no lavaron baño, no cambiaron toallas, doblaron las mismas que ya habĂ­amos usado mojadas. En el baño habĂ­a algunas basuritas tiradas y nunca las recogieron en los 4 dĂ­as que nos hospedamos. Tienen algunos gatos en la propiedad y el olor es muy fuerte. Aunque tratan de aromatizar todo el dĂ­a el olor es sumamente fuerte. AdemĂĄs de que estĂĄn por todos lados lo q provoca que haya pelo en los sillones y cojines que estĂĄn junto a la alberca. En resumen no fue una buena experiencia por la falta de comunicaciĂłn de nuestro anfitriĂłn y aunado a la limpieza tan “bĂĄsica” no lo recomiendo

impossible to reach person with phone number provided. no one on site that speaks english or can translate. hotel goes by different name. very difficult and convoluted to find in the medina and got lost for more than an hour trying to reach it. they absolutely need someone to meet and guide visitors to the hotel
