We loved our honeymoon stay at this property. It is not a typical hotel with a front desk - but the owner communicates with you to explain how to access the property and suite. He even offered information about where to go, things to see, places to eat. We stayed on the very top floor and it was quiet, a short walk to all the main attractions and near to many grocery stores. The suite was spacious and there was a kitchenette for use. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Liked everything about my stay.. only issue was couldn’t get tv to work which was a little annoying late in the evening but not that big a deal.. I didn’t travel to Seville to watch television 😅

Mariel and her staff were wonderful. From communication before arrival to arranging for storing our luggage at checkout, everything was perfect. Our stay was perfection, the suite was exceptionally appointed with every amenity you could think of and thoughtfully decorated to be a peaceful oasis at the end of a hot and vibrant day in Seville. I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone who is considering a visit to Seville. Very close to the hop on hop off bus and many local eateries of all budget considerations. Laundry close by, waterfront, so walkable. We did not want to leave!! We will definitely come again and recommend to friends and family who travel. Thank you for a lovely experience!!

Overall, the hotel's location was convenient, but our experience was marred by the presence of ants in the room. We purchased groceries with the intention of having breakfast in our room, only to find that our food was attacked by ants. When I brought this issue to the owner's attention and requested some form of accommodation or discount, the response was disappointing. Unfortunately, we had to dispose of our food and incur additional costs for breakfast. It would have been appreciated if more concern and action were taken to address the situation.

Too noisy for a good sleep

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was lovely—cozy and supportive—and the kitchen area and bathroom were both modern and well-maintained, making our stay convenient and pleasant in many ways. Communication with the staff was excellent throughout. They were helpful, responsive, and clearly cared about guest satisfaction. When we mentioned some concerns about our first (internal) room, the owner kindly moved us to a larger room with a window facing the street, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the biggest issue we faced was the noise. There appears to be no soundproofing in the rooms, and we had difficulty sleeping for three consecutive nights. The internal room was noisy enough, but the street-facing room they moved us to turned out to be even louder, with constant sounds from traffic and nightlife. In the end, we had to go out and purchase earplugs just to get some rest. Overall, while the hotel has many positive attributes and is managed by thoughtful staff, the noise levels significantly impacted our ability to enjoy our stay. If sound insulation is ever improved, this would be a fantastic place to stay.

The location was excellent. We were easily able to walk to the Catedral de Sevilla, Plaza de Espana, Setas de Seville and everywhere else we had planned to visit. We were sent the codes to check in well in advance and had no issues. We were on the ground floor and had a small patio area. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated the sweet note left for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Comme dormir dans une usine qui roule

1. Le checkin est en ligne et est compliquĂ© comme pas possible, personne ne mĂ©rite pas d'ĂȘtre traitĂ© comme ça, c'est super Ă©nervant et agaçant, ça casse la tĂȘte, ça casse le pied, ça casse partout. 2. Dans la chambre on pouvait entend clairement qu'il y a une machine (je sais pas quoi) qui tourne chaleureusement pendant toute la nuit et tous les nuits dans la halle. J'ai jamais vu ça !!! On a senti comme dormir dans une usine qui roule. Personnellement il est impossible pour moi de dormir sans les bouchons d'oreille. Je recommande pas du tout cet Ă©tablissement d'hĂ©bergement (attention, il n'est pas un hotel).
