Great hotel with everything you need!

Two adults and one 13-year old, stayed for three nights. Excellent hotel with a small kitchen, which is perfect for making your own breakfast. Everything was really clean, the “anpartment” was rather big and the bed was comfy, bathroom also great. If you needed more toilet paper or towels you could easily help yourself to that in the reception, which is a great setup. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close walking distance to U-bahn and also close to Berlin Mall. No AC so the room was a bit hotter than we prefer (even though this was late October), but the ceiling fan helped. Great stay, very much recommended!

Didn't like that the elevator was out 2 tlmes during my stay. Walking up 4 flight of steps only to find out my keycard didnt open the door. Not happy

We chose to stay at Wilde for the option of having a kitchen and a separate room for my teenager. We liked the location in that it was located in a historically interesting place in Berlin, however, the street noise at night was loud. The apartment was very hot and the first night I asked about AC and was told there wasn’t any and on the last night of the stay a different staff person said they could roll a portable AC into the room. The staff was always pleasant an on site laundry and luggage storage was a plus. It was also easy to access public transportation.

I really liked this hotel. It was actually a 1 bedroom apt. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have the elevator was out a 2 times, not good when on 4th floor

The property was OK, it was very hot in my room, there is no in room AC so you have to request a portable AC, which vents out an open window. It was very noisy outside especially with the open window. Also, the elevator was not working several times throughout our week long stay. The key cards had to be reset almost daily bc they didn't work. You need the key card to use the elevator, access the lobby from the stairwell, access the hotel after hours, and enter your room. It was definitely inconvenient and it added stress tothe trip wondering if you'd be able to get in your room after going out. The staff was very friendly and it's in a very walkable neighborhood close to many sights.

Berlin what a city

Ideal location for central Berlin. You would struggle to find accommodation in a better position. Photos are true to the apartment we stayed in.

The hotel has an excellent location. This is the best part about this place. The rooms were clean but there's no air conditioning. Also, we had one window that didn't work. This was the window in the bedroom . Apparently a previous guest broke it and they decided to screw it in place and not repair it. As a result, it was a bit warm, but the staff provided a portable air conditioning unit. The windows had to be open all night. Right around 6:00 a.m. or little earlier there was deliveries so it got a bit loud.

Property with NO AIR CONDITIONING, when traveling in confort is MUST. It is so annoying Hotel.com does not write it in the hotel description. No refunds either, I would have walked away. I was kindly forced to stay.

Very comfortable apartment, perfect location, great bed, modern everything. The "hotel" part is a bit minimal, e.g. the lobby is tiny and there's only one person at any time, so you may need to wait 5-10min for them to help you if they're helping someone else. The staff is great, seems more of a management problem, there should really be at least 2 people on staff during the day. Not a huge deal, just a bit odd. Would recommend and stay again.
