Excellent location. Bring earplugs!

Excellent location, clean rooms and good staff. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars below, hence the noise. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, bring some earplugs or come back very late and sleep in.

Very clean, modern, and spacious rooms. Excellent suite if you have 5 people or more traveling. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and close to Seoul Myeongdong and Hingdae areas. One area of opportunity is the external noise level. It can get a little loud up to 3 or 4am so I recommend some ears buds.

The staff here are very nice, great communication in person and through the app. While there are bars outside it didn’t cause us (2 adults 3 kids) to lose sleep. Having so many restaurants and mini marts near by was nice, didn’t have to travel far for public transportation either. Will definitely stay again!

I like the location. Really close to all kinds of restaurant and even has a Starbucks in the same building. The hotel attendant was very helpful with all our concerns. Definitely recommend staying here.

The room we stayed in was very nice. We would get new towels and water bottles every day. The room would be clean thoroughly very 4 days (with the guest's permission). The staff were very communicative and friendly. The area around was also quite nice. It's walking distance for Myeongdong, but far less busy so the area isn't packed with tourists. It's also close to the Line 2 subway and the bus stop. There is a bar across the street. So if you are in the bedroom closest to the street, be prepared to hear lots of kpop late into the night.

Great area for shopping and restaurants. You can hear music playing from bars and restaurants on the street until between 2-4 am most nights but we were so tired at the end of the day that it wasn't a huge deal. The suite was smaller than it looked in pictures, the carpet needed cleaned (thank goodness for the slippers they provide) and the bathroom could have used some maintenance (shower drain was slow and bidet did not work). Laundry on site is really nice and all the front desk staff we dealt with was very nice and helpful.

Customer service was great. But downsides are hotel is located near bars that open till 5am so is very noisy. Good for people who likes to party but not for family. The bed is not too comfortable as it seems old. I thought there was an earthquake several time when my kid woke up in the middle of night due to mattress. Sofa is old, felt like cardboard, and stains The AC leaks out water too.

Great convenient location and lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. As others commented, it will be very noisy at night so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper - but you will be exhausted anyway from all the sightseeing. Wonderful, friendly staff. Great space for 5 adults. We found it to be convenient to get around the city, and nice walk from Insadong area. Be aware that the entire bathroom floor will get soaking wet after a shower so leave your slippers outside the bathroom. Washer in room was a great amenity. Dryer behind front desk - best to access early morning. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Good location to all the place of interest, you may walk too but at least 30 to 45 minutes. The apartment is big and clean. They house keep every 2 day. The young Korean ladies with spec super friendly and helpful, sorry did not get her name (she worked on 24/4 Fri). On our last day, she helped us to book a 7 seater taxi and even bring us to meet the taxi driver as he did not locate us. Definately will come back and recommend to all my friends coming to Seoul
