The hotel staff is rude n inefficient. The service is very slow and poor. The rooms are very average in terms of the maintenance (2stars). The management of the hotel is pathetic n there are no amenities expect for a small swimming pool which is always dirty because they do not have the courtesy to hire a pool cleaning staff. Overall, the experience of stay at such an incompetent hotel was terrible.

Never Again....

Starting from the front office manager who insisted that I pay for my stay despite I have pre-booked with Hotels.com. He finall agreed after internally checking some records. These internal checks should be done before. The room condition was pathetic- 1. No door security handle- It was broken. 2. Washroom had one bulb fused and the other not repairable. 3. None of the table lamp works. 4. Shower stall was like a swimming pool with no sufficient drainage. Overall I was not satisfied and expressed this to all management. I even expressed that I felt cheated and demanded a refund or a credit note. To top it all they presented me with an invoice on my way out. Horrble staff and service..................Never again...

Nice but not up to the standards of country inn

Staff was the best thing about this hotel as they were very helpful and polite . Entrance and the parking was terrible . It was not at all clean. The room was below expectations. Bed was not comfortable. The breakfast they served was of not upto the standards of other country inn i have visited . The variety of food other country inn serves in breakfast is far far better then this.

Why I would not recommend this hotel

Though our hotel experience was pleasant, the hotel was located in a very undesirable neighbourhood with filth all around, no places to eat within walking distance, no convenient transportation, etc.

Hotel was very nice but we are not sure why the road outside had garbage strewn Hotel should consider providing a shuttle for the patrons to visit the shops or the metro so it is more accessible

Clean Hotel

The hotel was easy to reach. The rooms and the common areas were clean and the service was friendly. The breakfast however could do with some improvement.

Enjoyable hotel

Overall a good place to stay. The room was very comfortable EXCEPT there was a problem with the air conditioning. I asked them to fix it, and they sent someone who fooled around with the thermostat (I had done that already), and said it would get fixed, but it did not. Luckily it wasn't that hot outside. Other than that, a very comfortable facility with a great breakfast.

Bad Air Conditioning in Room

Overall good, but the Air Conditioning was bad... After repeated requests, room was shifted, but that also turned out to be as bad as the previous one...

Excellent service

My first visit in India I come to understand that the society brlieve in treating their guests as a God. Sync this is exactly how we were treated. My wife and I are not at all looking for attention do it was also very nice to get to know the staff members who work in the restaurant. They helped us with direction to get to know new Delhi a bit more. Great food too. Go on, check it out for yourself!!!
