Very good experience

Owner very responsive and friendly, helped a lot with parking instructions onsite and recommendations of restaurants nearby. Good location with easy access. I really recommend this property.

This was a very nice apartment with a loft. Good location and only a short 10 minute walk to the Se. The apartment was very nice and clean. Parking is provided which is also a plus.

Great location! Walking distance from everything you want to go to. The host was so accommodating! The bed was comfortable, though the pullout sofa was a sofa, not a futon. Loved the addition of the water dispenser downstairs! Definitely recommend this location for your stay in Porto!

We had a great stay! Location was excellent, apartment was spacious and comfortable. Host was professional and responsive. If you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs as it can get noisy at night from the street, stairs and upper level. Overall 9/10!

A great time in Porto

Duque de Loule is at a fantastic location - within 5-10 minutes’ walk to heritage spots such as cathedrals, central station, and old town streets. Eduardo is supporting guests with sincerity all the time. You need to make your parking lot secured in advance if you are to being yours (or a rentcar).

Lovely apartment right in the centre

Lovely apartment very centrally located. Well appointed with everything needed for the occasional dinner in. Bakery right next door. Lovely restaurant Rios a few doors down. Ice cream parlour around the corner. Supermarket a block away. Caution that the parking spaces are very small but the owner will guide you in on arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nice unit but no elevator service. Older unit so you will need to be able to do 3-4 flights of stairs. Not good for elderly.

My only complaint is the stove wasn’t working. I wish I had known that before shopping. Otherwise it was a very nice place.

Just know that you need to get here by a certain time or you have to park in a very difficult structure that you can’t find and your car is trapped until an assistant lets you move it. If you get there in time the parking is fine. So nice there is a cafe right out the door and a water cooler in the hallway. However for some reason we totally lost our water and had to wait to shower until the assistant came to fix it. Very difficult when there are 4 people getting ready for the day. However the shower is nice and hot with good pressure when working. We had 9 lodgings on this trip and sadly this one was the most frustrating, but your experience here may be much better. We left a day early because we are not really city people. We had a nice day at the waterfront though and good meals. It’s a very dangerous walking city if you are not sure-footed. Lots of incline and very slippery stone pavers. Also not the cleanest city. Cigarette butts in all the cracks of pathways
