Decent

Location is quite nice, 15 min walk from tram. It is very noisy in the surroundings. Both permanent residents and hotel guests use the building. Our neighbour had a party both our nights with loud music all night so we got zero sleep.. Upon arrival we found nails, hair and several bugs inside the apartment which wasn’t nice. Also we found private belongings and dirty laundry from pervious guests. Other than this the apartment was nice and I can recommend eating at Maples restaurant near by. It was easy getting in contact with the staff for help and questions :)

The room was very clean organized and big. They made sure that all my entry codes worked went we got there. They had plenty of towels coffee sugar creamer and tea so we wouldn’t have to be asking for it.

Home away from home!

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at Kasa Love Field-Medical. It is convenient to both my family and activities in Dallas. It is very comfortable with a full kitchen & washer/dryer. Lovely, very clean and relaxing environment. I like the virtual check in and help is just a text or call away. They are quick to respond. I’ve never been disappointed with my stay at Kasa Love Field-Medical District and highly recommend them.

The unit was very nice. Clean, comfortable furniture. The patio was nice just too hot to set out on. The only issue with this place was we were on the first floor and above us were kids running and tromping from 2pm to 11. They were so loud you could barely watch tv. For that reason I will not stay again.

Having the space of a 2 bed/2 bath apartment was nice!! Also enjoyed having the kitchen and complimentary coffee!! However, the floors were dirty! They didn’t appear dirty but after walking around barefoot for a little while my feet were disgustingly dirty! So we had to always have shoes on which sucked. We also had a couple bugs in the apartment. The property had a lot of trash piled up and the parking area also had rundown cars and trashed furniture you could tell had been there for awhile. The beds were not comfortable at all. Some cabinet doors were fallin apart. The apartment was cute but quality was just ok. The area was also not what I would consider to be safe as there were alot of transients around. I was super happy there was gated parking
but it wasn’t convenient to have to get out to enter the code.

The staff is wonderful. Very attentive to any needs and very quick to respond. I was communicating about schedules and check out times while we were in Dallas for my wife’s survey. That night they came to my door with a bouquet of flowers and some fruits, nuts and cheese for us. What great customer service. We were minutes away from UT Southwest. Very convenient to the medical district. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I would definitely recommend this place if you plan to stay in Dallas! The location was nice! The planes weren’t much of a bother and it was actually pretty cool to see some of them landing. The roads around the area are a bit terrible so be mindful of that. Few homeless people walking about but they weren’t a bother. Parking was easy and the instructions for check-in and access to the amenities was pretty straight forward! They even had pictures with the instructions. The outside patio was a bit smaller than expected and the mosquitoes were pretty ruthless
but it’s Texas in the summertime so that’s to be expected. There were a few minor things such as a light that was out and the presence of a few gnats, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay! I’d definitely stay here again â˜ș

Gnats everywhere including dead ones inside the refrigerator, balcony taped shut, dirty windows overlooking the dog park COVERED with dog poop, air filter looked like it had never been replaced and had the entire place smelled damp. Cracks in the walls. Theres an access door right by the unit door and shuts loudly so not a quiet nights sleep. Pleanty of street parking right next to the unit, so no need to deal with the ridiculous parking garage situation.

O apartamento é enorme, bem equipado, limpo e confortåvel. A årea externa do prédio (corredores e estacionamento) deixa a desejar no quesito limpeza. A comunicação com os proprietårios é råpida mas parece que por automaçÔes então tivemos dificuldades em esclarecer detalhes sobre onde poderíamos estacionar. A região do entorno é bastante deserta (apesar de ter outro prédios) então só då para andar de carro.
